January 4/5 : Mercury, Venus and star cluster M44 harmonize relationships, generating an expressive and communicative atmosphere, while Vesta and galaxy M102 indicate gentleness that balances difficulties

January 4/5: Venus in parallel to Mercury, in contra parallel to star cluster M44, the "Beehive Cluster". The Venus / Mercury combination suggests a harmonious communication, which can result in a day with good relationships and opportunities in the social and level as well as for emotions to be expressed. Both planets are in contra parallel to M44, an open star cluster in the constellation Cancer that has many type A stars, reinforcing the theme of communication. Since Mercury is entering its retrograde station process its relationship with Venus and M44 is not as fleeting as it seems, and the beneficial effect on social aspects and communication may extend throughout the whole week ...      M44 also has many K-type stars, that suggest a strong emotional and romantic component in the need for expression. In short, it is an excellent day for relations in general, as dialogue can work wonders in most cases. There may be reconciliations and mending fences between people. This mix is also excellent for productivity in financial terms, as well as for artistic work. This trend is about  focusing the mind in aesthetic terms, with M44 giving an expressive and passionate touch. It is ideal for concerts, performances, exhibitions, tours, travel in general, good shopping and to bring harmony to the affairs of our daily lives. Avoid drama and exaggerations. But if you have something good to advertise, it is a very good time to spread the word, today!

     A few hours later, Venus makes a trine to asteroid Vesta, a combination that suggests peace and tranquility. However, the  Venus / Vesta mix seems to be related to a different theme: to maintain personal integrity in the midst of difficulties. The calmness within the storm! Vesta is in opposition to galaxy M102, the "Spindle Galaxy", so named for its resemblance to a spindle shape, as we see it edge-on from Earth. M102 has a thick layer of dust around its equatorial plane, blocking light from its core, therefore symbolizing obstacles.

    Vesta opposes M102 today, indicating the need to remain balanced even in the midst of difficulties. Venus' trine helps with a good dose of harmony and kindness, with an optimistic touch (Venus is in the optimistic zodiac sign of Sagittarius). It is a good day to be kind those who have been going through a difficult time, or simply to contribute to our own or another's welfare with love, gentleness, to strengthen our spirit and avoid entanglements with the endless tribulations of everyday life. Kindness may not solve anything fundamental by itself, but makes the process less painful. If things can be taken care of harmoniously, lets do it that way! It's a good trend to start the year in a balanced position ... illuminating and bringing warmth to the dark, cold corners of our lives.

Enero 4/5: Venus en paralelo a Mercurio, en contraparalelo al cúmulo estelar M44, el "Cúmulo del Panal". La combinación Venus/Mercurio sugiere una comunicación armónica, lo que puede resultar en un día con buenas relaciones y oportunidades en el plano social y afectivo. Ambos planetas están en contraparalelo a M44, un cúmulo estelar abierto en la constelación de Cáncer, y que tiene muchas estrellas de tipo A, que refuerzan el tema de la comunicación. Ya que Mercurio está entrando a su proceso de estación retrógrada, puede considerarse que su relación con Venus y M44 no es tan pasajera como parece, y el efecto benéfico en la comunicación  y lo social puede extenderse durante toda la semana...      M44 tiene también muchas estrellas de tipo K, que sugieren un fuerte componente emocional y romántico. Esta mezcla también es excelente para la productividad en lo financiero, así como para el trabajo artístico, ya que enfoca la mente en términos estéticos, con M44 dando un toque expresivo y apasionado. Es ideal para conciertos, exposiciones, viajes, hacer buenas compras y para poner armonía en los asuntos de nuestra vida cotidiana. A evitar: el dramatismo y la exageración. Pero si hay algo bueno qué publicitar, ¡es un muy buen momento para difundirlo!

     Venus hace unas horas después un trígono al asteroide Vesta, una combinación que sugiere paz y tranquilidad. Sin embargo, la mezcla Venus/Vesta parece estar relacionada con un tema diferente: el mantener la integridad personal en medio de dificultades. Vesta está en oposición a la galaxia M102,  la "Galaxia del Huso", llamada así por su forma parecida a un huso de hilar, ya que la vemos de canto desde la Tierra. M102 tiene una gruesa capa de polvo alrededor de su plano ecuatorial, bloqueando la luz de su núcleo y simbolizando, por lo tanto, obstáculos.

    Así, Vesta se opone a M102 el día de hoy, indicando la necesidad de permanecer íntegros y en equilibrio aún en medio de dificultades. Venus en trígono le ayuda con una buena dosis de armonía y amabilidad, con un enfoque optimista (Venus está en el optimista signo zodiacal de Sagitario). Es un día para tratar bien a quienes hayan estado pasando por un momento difícil, o simplemente para contribuir al bienestar propio o ajeno con amor, gentileza, para fortalecer el espíritu y evitar enredos con las tribulaciones de la vida cotidiana. La amabilidad no resuelve todo lo fundamental, pero lo hace menos penoso. Si las cosas se pueden resolver con armonía, ¡hagámoslo! Es una buena tendencia para iniciar el año de manera equilibrada...iluminando los rincones oscuros de nuestras vidas.

October 20/21: Vesta, the Sun and the Butterfly Nebula (M2-9) indicate a good time to achieve objectivity, focus and equanimity, while Mercury, Juno and star cluster M5 strive to overcome communication problems and conventional points of view

     A powerful, triple parallel between the Sun, Vesta and the Butterfly Nebula (M-2-9) indicates a great day to focus the mind and achieve inner balance. The combination Sun / Vesta is undoubtedly an element of concentration, avoiding distractions, while the Butterfly Nebula, with its symmetrical "twin jets", represents objectivity, balance. The Butterfly is located in the constellation Ophiuchus, and is a dying star that expels its mass into space in the last stages of its life, through two jets in its north pole and south pole.

     Although many stars end their lives in this way, we see the Butterfly Nebula from Earth from its equatorial plane, so we can contemplate the symmetry of its jets. This symmetry has a meaning, and refers to the notion of balance balance, seeing both ends of a situation, to find a middle ground of objectivity. The trend today, which includes the parallel Sun / Vesta / Butterfly can be expressed in various ways, among which may be meditation, focus on daily work, mental reflection, research. The resulting balance and mental clarity can have excellent results in our activities and give us inner peace.

     The most important thing is to be able to calm the mind, always eager for stimulation, so that it can manifest through tranquility and equanimity. In its highest expression, this trend involves analyzing one's own prejudices: be prepared to question yourself. Do not assume that you are absolutely right: circumstances may give us a lesson in humility if we are arrogant or rigid with our convictions.      Vesta is also conjunct the South Lunar Node, and opposed to galaxy M84, located in the constellation Virgo. M84 is characterized, among other things, for its strong radio emission, which involves a great need for communication. Vesta and South Lunar Node are opposed to M84, suggesting the need for peace, focus on inner balance, avoiding external communication and stress.

     While this trend may involve resistance to speak, to think, to express, to send information, it is actually a good counterweight to another trend that stimulates much dialogue. It is the parallel between Juno Mercury, which results in a need for intimate talks, the exchange of confidential information, and share time and resources with close people. However, there might be some inconsistencies in relationships, as Mercury and Juno are contra parallel to M5, a star cluster with many variable stars, indicating communication failures. However, if there is real empathy between people, any difficulties might be overcome..

     The combination of M5 with Juno and Mercury  reveals the need to get over  communication problems, but the amount of effort needed to do that can make some people rather choose Vesta-like attitudes, avoiding dialogue. The contra parallel between  Mercury / Juno  and M5 also reveals the need to overcome conventional, outdated views, since M5 is a very old cluster. It epresents the past, traditions, conventional views, prejudices, outdated beliefs. Communication in this case can serve to overcome mental rigidity and compensate with a good, enlightening dialogue ...

    Whether striving to have a good exchange with others, shutting distractions to concentrate better, or taking both options depending on the particular context, we will have to deal with intense communication issues, sometimes complicated. But everyone will choose the attitude that best suits the present situation. Anyway, we'd better fix things and any pending issues right now, as the tense aspects of the days ahead may be less heavy if we soften the ground beforehand: the upcoming parallel Mars / Uranus and the square from Mercury and Juno to Pluto... Octubre 20/21: Vesta, el Sol y la Nebulosa de la Mariposa (M2-9) indican un buen momento para lograr objetividad, concentración y ecuanimidad, mientras Mercurio, Juno y el cúmulo estelar M5 se esfuerzan por superar problemas de comunicación y puntos de vista convencionales

     Un potente triple paralelo entre el Sol, Vesta y la Nebulosa de la Mariposa (M-2-9) indica un día con una atmósfera ideal para concentrar la mente y lograr equilibrarla. La combinación Sol/Vesta representa sin duda un elemento de concentración, mientras que la Nebulosa de la Mariposa, con sus "chorros gemelos" simétricos, representa objetividad, equilibrio. La Mariposa se encuentra en la constelación de Ofiuco, y es una estrella agonizante, que expele su masa hacia el espacio exterior en la última etapa de su vida, por medio de dos chorros en su polo norte y su polo sur.

     Aunque muchas estrellas terminan su vida de esta manera, a la Nebulosa de la Mariposa la vemos desde la Tierra desde su Ecuador, pudiendo apreciar sus chorros de manera simétrica. Esta simetría tiene un significado, y se refiere al equilibrio, a ver los dos extremos de una situación, a encontrar un punto medio de objetividad.  La tendencia de hoy, que incluye el paralelo Sol/Vesta/Mariposa se puede expresar de varias maneras, entre las cuales pueden estar la meditación, la concentración en el trabajo cotidiano, la reflexión mental, la investigación. La claridad mental resultante del equilibrio puede tener excelentes resultados en nuestras actividades y darnos paz interna.

     Lo más importante es calmar la mente, siempre ávida de estímulo, de modo que pueda manifestarse por medio de tranquilidad y ecuanimidad. En su manifestación más elevada, esta tendencia implica el análisis de los propios prejuicios y cuestionarse a sí mismo. No hay que dar por hecho que uno tiene la razón de manera absoluta: las circunstancias nos pueden dar una lección de humildad si somos arrogantes con nuestras convicciones. Por otro lado, esto puede resultar decepcionante para quienes buscan o necesitan una gran motivación y toman partido hacia una causa, justa o no. Si se busca la radicalidad y la confrontación, es mejor buscar otro día con tendencias más estridentes... La claridad y la serenidad en el cerebro serán más efectivas que una intervención directa y prejuiciada.

     Vesta se encuentra también en conjunción al Nodo Sur Lunar, en oposición a la galaxia M84, que se encuentra en la constelación de Virgo. M84 se caracteriza, entre otras cosas, por su fuerte emisión de radio, que implica una gran necesidad de comunicación. Vesta y el Nodo Sur Lunar están en oposición a M84, lo que sugiere la necesidad de encontrar tranquilidad, concentrándose en uno mismo, cerrándose a la comunicación.

     Si bien esta tendencia puede implicar resistencias a hablar, a opinar, a expresar, a mandar información, es en realidad un buen contrapeso a otra tendencia que estimula mucho el diálogo. Se trata de Juno en paralelo a Mercurio, lo que da como resultado una necesidad de pláticas íntimas, el intercambio de información confidencial, y compartir con gente cercana.      La combinación de M5 con Juno y Mercurio en sí revela la necesidad de compensar dificultades de comunicación, pero el esfuerzo puesto en ello puede hacer que algunas personas opten por la actitud de Vesta: evitar el diálogo. El contraparalelo de Mercurio/Juno con M5 revela también la necesidad de superar puntos de vista convencionales, ya que M5 es un cúmulo muy antiguo: representa el pasado, las tradiciones, puntos de vista convencionales, prejuicios. la comunicación en ese caso puede servir para superar la rigidez mental y compensarla con un buen diálogo esclarecedor...

    Ya sea esforzándose para tener un buen intercambio con otros, o encerrándose para poder concentrarse mejor, o tomando ambas opciones según el contexto, el tema es una comunicación intensa, a veces complicada, y cada quien optará por el extremo que mejor le convenga a su situación presente. Como sea, será mejor arreglar las cosas ahora, pues los aspectos tensos de los días que vienen pueden ser menos pesados si suavizamos el terreno antes: el paralelo Marte/Urano y la cuadratura de Mercurio/Juno a Plutón... February 5/6: Mercury retrograde gains strength combined with Vesta, Saturn and star cluster M93, structuring the mind with concentration but also expressing rigidity and confrontation

February 5/6: Mercury retrograde conjunct Vesta, sextile Saturn and in opposition to star cluster M93. This combination points to a very special mental concentration, which gives strength to thoughts and words. Vesta's ability to focus is mixed with the intellectual and communicative tendency of Mercury, and also with Saturn's sense of structure. This indicates this is a very good day to give some structure to scattered information and to advance in projects that require a strong mental concentration. Giving order to our mental chaos (or material as well) can be difficult at other times, but today, results can be excellent.The sense of duty may be to our advantage!

     However, the same combination can match a stubborn and limiting attitude. Mercury and Vesta are in ecliptic opposition to star cluster M93, which indicates the need to "be right". M93, a star cluster located in the constellation Puppis, has many G-type stars (like our Sun) and also of type A, suggesting a need to be heard and to impose viewpoints. With M93, ideas take on a connotation of power, and the sextile to Saturn represents "being right". It is possible that in many cases the truth will come to light, but the problem is that the trend is towards imposition, not objectivity, and towards rigidity, not flexibility. It is likely that today ideological extremes will manifest, and in many cases, repressive or controlling, as befits the dark nature of Saturn. Therefore, it is desirable to avoid confrontations and falling into power plays while focusing on one's own duties, in peace.

      Mercury is undoubtedly the busiest planet today: it also parallels the Sun and the Hyades cluster. This also represents great mental strength, and we should use it to put our mind in accordance with our inner will. Do our thoughts match with our actions, with what our intuition is telling us? When Mercury and the Sun conjunct or parallel, our mental programming is "reset", adjusting to the internal or external reality. This process can be enhanced by the presence of the Hyades, a naked-eye star cluster located in the constellation Taurus. The Hyades cluster contains stars of all spectral types, but has a particular deficiency in stars of very high and very low temperature (Types O and M). This suggests that the Hyades are "anti-extremist". It is therefore a good time to drop extreme views and seek moderation, to really redefine our goals and procedures in different areas of our lives...

      This reassessment of our ideas, combined with the mental power represented by Mercury / Vesta / Saturn can put things in place, neutralizing uncertainties, fixing unclear ideas. However, as we have seen, is necessary to prevent mental rigidity and not to exaggerate strict attitudes or criticism.

Febrero 5/6: Mercurio retrógrado adquiere fuerza al combinarse con Vesta, Saturno y el cúmulo estelar M93, estructurando la mente con concentración pero fomentando también la rigidez y la confrontación

Febrero 5/6:Mercurio retrógrado en conjunción eclíptica a Vesta, en sextil a Saturno y en oposición al cúmulo estelar M93. Esta combinación se refiere a una concentración mental muy especial, que le da fuerza a los pensamientos y palabras. la capacidad de concentración de Vesta se mezcla con la tendencia intelectual y comunicativa de Mercurio, y también con el sentido de la estructura de Saturno. Esto indica que se trata de un día muy bueno para ordenar información dispersa y para avanzar en proyectos que requieran una fuerte concentración mental. Darle estructura a nuestro caos mental puede resultar difícil en otros momentos, pero si nos damos tiempo para estructurar, los resultados pueden ser excelentes. ¡El sentido del deber puede estar a nuestro favor!

    Sin embargo, la misma combinación puede coincidir con una tendencia terca y limitante. La oposición de Mercurio/Vesta con el cúmulo estelar M93 indica la necesidad de estar en lo correcto. M93, un cúmulo de estrellas que se encuentra en la constelación de Puppis, tiene muchas estrellas de tipo G (como nuestro Sol) y de tipo A, que sugieren una gran necesidad de ser escuchado y de imponer los propios puntos de vista.      Mercurio es sin duda el planeta más activo de este día, ya que también hace un paralelo con el Sol y con el cúmulo de las Híades. Esto también representa una fuerza mental muy grande, y conviene utilizarla para poner nuestra mente en concordancia con nuestra voluntad interna. ¿Acaso nuestros pensamientos corresponden con lo que queremos hacer, con lo que nuestra intuición nos revela, con nuestras acciones concretas? Cuando Mercurio y el Sol hacen una conjunción o paralelo, se trata de "resetear" nuestra programación mental, ajustándola a la realidad interna o externa. Este proceso puede ser favorecido por la presencia de las Híades, un cúmulo estelar visible a simple vista que se encuentra en la constelación de Tauro. las Híades contienen estrellas de todo tipo espectral, pero tiene una particular deficiencia de estrellas de muy alta y muy baja temperatura. Esto sugiere que las Híades son "anti-extremistas". es pues un buen momento para soltar opiniones extremas y buscar la moderación, para redefinir realmente nuestros objetivos y procedimientos en diferentes áreas de nuestra vida...

     Esta reevaluación de nuestras ideas, combinada con el poder mental representado por Mercurio/Vesta/Saturno, puede poner las cosas en su lugar, neutralizando incertidumbres, ideas poco claras. Sin embargo, como hemos visto, es necesario evitar la rigidez mental y no exagerar en actitudes estrictas.

December 11 /12: Pallas and spiral galaxy M106 investigate the past and avoid dispersion, Venus and M21 fertilize the development of new projects

December11/12 : Asteroid Pallas is conjunct spiral galaxy M106, square to Mercury, trine Pluto. It is an excellent time to make strategies and put them to work, to do research, particularly in past issues. How so? Palas makes an ecliptic conjunction with M106, an interesting galaxy because it has a fossil arm where star formation has ceased, and old stars are witnesses of an earlier era of the universe. This gives a meaning of a past that is preserved in both the galaxy and our personal or collective memory. Pluto, meanwhile, with its depth coupled with Mercury's curiosity indicates a good time to investigate in the past, either in our individual lives through any kind of psychoanalysis, or in a more collective dimension, looking at family or historical roots. Most likely, a revealing and interesting information will emerge...

     Moreover, M106 has one of the densest concentrations of matter in the known universe, which is an indicator of pressure, sense of responsibility, commitment. Who knows, perhaps for this reason, Pallas and M106 are in square (90°) at a very unfocused Mercury in detriment in the sign of tropical Sagittarius and conjunct globular cluster M12, one of the most dispersed clusters of our galaxy. The tendency is to escape, towards distraction, with both freedom and chaos, so typical of M12... Luckily enough, the enormous gravity of M106 can help to counteract this. So, this mix of galaxies, planets, asteroids and clusters is ideal for structuring dispersed information, and deal dynamically with the resolution of pendings and accumulated work in our everyday life. Failure to comply with our commitments, though, can bring a significant amount of guilt...


     Venus makes a beautiful parallel to open cluster M21, and is contra parallel Jupiter and the Crab Nebula ( M1). This in itself is a continuation of the Sun /Jupiter contraparallel last week, which coincided with a large energy mobilization typical of the huge magnetic fields of Jupiter and the Crab Nebula (M1), which is nothing less than a supernova explosion in the constellation Taurus. The structures of our minds were shaken a few days ago, and in many cases this Sun/Jupiter/M1 combination marked the beginning of new projects or a new direction for the old ones. Supernovae like M1 accelerate our evolutionary process and force us to do things we normally wouldn't. Such is their astrological character...

     Now with Venus, this contra paallel with Jupiter/M1 ill start to bear fruit , and it is therefore important to invest time and resources in promoting recently-born projects, cutting-edge, fresh ideas, new people, talent and any emerging and promising strategies. It is essential to connect with the right people and invest time and resources to promote the development and care of the new growth as we take care of a small plant .. This is explained by Venus, which is in parallel with M21,  a very young cluster in the constellation Sagittarius. The baby stars in M21 symbolize baby new projects and ideas that need attention and an impulse to grow ... Let's take care of them.. .they willcetainly bear great fruit in the near future! What's more, Mercury joins the party in parallel to Venus and sextile Vesta. This implies a strong concentration on the forementioned babies and their integrity and protection.The general tendency is to concentrate the mind on productivity ....

      It is therefore an excellent week to develop new plans with Venus and M21, while the past is reviewed with the trend of Palas and M106.

Diciembre 11/12: Palas y la galaxia espiral M106 investigan en el pasado y evitan la dispersión, Venus y M21 fertilizan el desarrollo de proyectos nuevos

Diciembre11/12: El asteroide Palas está en conjunción a la galaxia espiral M106, en cuadratura a Mercurio, en trígono a Plutón. Es un excelente momento para hacer estrategias, para ponerlas a funcionar, y para hacer investigación, sobe todo en cuestiones del pasado. ¿De dónde se deduce todo esto?  Palas hace una conjunción eclíptica a M106, una galaxia interesante, entre otras cosas, porque posee un brazo fósil, en el cual ha cesado la formación estelar,  y sus estrellas antiguas son testigos de una época anterior del universo. Esto le da un significado de un pasado que se preserva, tanto en la galaxia como en nuestra memoria personal o colectiva. Plutón, por su lado, con su acostmbrada profundidad, y aunado a la curiosidad de Mercurio, indica un buen momento para investigar en el pasado, ya sea el de nuestra vida individual  por medio de un revelador psicoanálisis, o en el colectivo, buscando en los archivos familiares o históricos. Lo más seguro es que surja una información reveladora e interesante...

     Por otra parte, la galaxia M106 tiene una de las concentraciones de materia más densas en el universo conocido, lo que es un indicador de presión, de sentido de la responsabilidad, de compromiso. Quizá por ello,  Palas y M106 están en cuadratura a un muy poco concentrado Mercurio, en detrimento en el signo de Sagitario tropical y en conjunción al cúmulo globular M12, uno de los más dispersos de nuestra galaxia. La tendencia es a la evasión, a los olvidos, a la libertad y al caos, pero precisamente la enorme fuerza de gravedad de M106 puede ayudarnos a contrarrestar esto. Así, esta mezcla de galaxias, planetas, asteriodes y cúmulos es ideal para ordenar la información dispersa, y enfrentar con energía la resolución de los pendientes que se hayan acumulado en la vida cotidiana. El no cumplir con los compromisos, eso sí,puede representar una culpa considerable...


     Venus hace un hermoso paralelo al cúmulo abierto M21, y un contraparalelo a Júpiter y a la Nebulosa del Cangrejo (M1). Esto es en sí una continuación del contraparalelo Sol/Júpiter de la semana pasada, que coincidió con una gran movilización energética, típica de los enormes campos magnéticos de Júpiter y la Nebulosa del Cangrejo (M1), que es nada menos que una explosión de supernova en la constelación de Tauro. Las estructuras de nuestra mente fueron sacudidas hace unos días, y en muchos casos este contraparalelo Sol/Júpiter/M1 marcó el inicio de nuevos proyectos o una nueva dirección. Las supermovas como M1 aceleran nuestro proceso evolutivo y nos fuerzan a hacer cosas que normalmente no haríamos. Tal es su carácter astrológico...

     Ahora con Venus, este contraparalelo con Júpiter/M1 comienza a dar frutos, y por ello es importante invertir tiempo y recursos en impulsar los proyectos recientes, ideas vanguardistas y frescas, en gente nueva, en talento y estrategias incipientes y promisorias. Hay que conectarse con las personas adecuadas e invertir tiempo y recursos para favorecer el desarrollo de lo nuevo y cuidar su crecimiento como cuidamos de una planta pequeña... Y es que Venus está en paralelo con M21, un cúmulo muy joven en la constelación de Sagitario. Las estrellas bebé de M21 simbolizan proyectos nuevos e ideas que necesitan atención y un impulso para crecer... Cuidémoslas...¡de ahí saldrán grandes frutos en el mañana! Por si fuera poco, Mercurio se une a la fiesta en paralelo a Venus y en sextil a Vesta. Esto implica concentración en los mencionados bebés y en su integridad y protección, La tendencia es a concentrar la mente en la productividad....

      Es pues una excelente semana para hacer crecer lo nuevo con Venus y M21, mientras se revisa el pasado con la tendencia de Palas y M106.

August 28/29: Ceres and M53 provide supplies for weak situations, Vesta and the Swan Nebula promote research. The Sun, Mercury and star cluster M26 help to express what has remained silent, while Venus, Pallas and the Great Orion Nebula enhance art and productivity

August 28/29: Ceres enters Virgo in parallel to M53, a cluster with a very low metallicity. This means help or protection to areas or people in need of resources. This can apply to many situations, and indicates that Ceres' transit of the zodiacal sign Virgo, which runs until November 3, 2013, can be productive and helpful if we inject energy and resources in strategic locations that deserve attention. With the help of Ceres, and her protective attitude that combines with the diligence of Virgo, the projects that have stalled can be balanced with some movement: M53 is a balanced cluster by its moderate concentration.

     Pluto at 135° from Vesta, 120° from Mercury, is an excellent combination for research as it gives depth and mental concentration. Vesta is parallel to M17, the Swan Nebula, which hides inside a cluster of stars that illuminate it from within, like a lamp. Hence the beauty of M17, which favors research in the arts today. This combination will help to unfold hidden beauty and creativiy, to find creative and inspiring contents beyond what is visible to the eyes. But in reality, the combination of the Plutonian depth with M17's hidden contents favors all types of research, from scientific to one's own psychological depths ..

     The Sun parallels Mercury and is contra parallel star cluster M26. This has a balancing effect on areas that have remained expressionless. M26 is an open cluster in the constellation Scutum, which has many stars of type A and B, emphasizing expression. But the large amount of dust that obscures the cluster indicates obstacles, resistance, a block for this expressiveness. The Mercury/Sun combination in contra parallel to M26 implies an opportunity to express, to communicate, to manifest, overcoming difficulties and thus contributing to a better understanding. So, get your ideas out from the shade! This combination also represents denied access to files or information.

     Pallas parallel Venus and M42, the Great Nebula in Orion, is another combination especially favorable for the arts, particularly the graphic ones: painting, sculpture, photography, design, etc.. The Great Nebula in Orion is a particularly fertile area of our galaxy, which means high productivity, coupled with the venusian aesthetic sense and Pallas' strategic view. This also indicates an increase in production in business: financial strategies, however small, will tend to be successful and will grow as fresh sprouts if you start them now. Take good care of them!

     The Sun in quincunx (150°) to Juno and the Tarantula Nebula indicates adjustments in relationships that have been going on for several days, as Juno experiences a conjunction to one of the largest known nebulae. The demands of partners and close relationships increases, and they must be given due attention. As the Sun is still in contra parallel to M26 (see above), it is time to express what has not been said in our relationships. Things can imply both good or negative feelings, but the question is about their manifestation. Releasing them through expression will bring a healing effect, that will open possibilities for those who are willing to cooperate. However, you must think before speaking:  this tendency reflects drastic changes. So, if you want to avoid a intense turning point in your relationships, crucial, it is best to avoid confrontation.

Agosto 28/29: Ceres y M53 proveen de recursos a situaciones débiles; Vesta y la Nebulosa del Cisne promueven la investigación. El Sol, Mercurio y el cúmulo estelar M26 ayudan a expresar lo que ha permanecido en silencio; Venus, Palas y la Gran Nebulosa de Orión favorecen el arte y la productividad

Agosto 28/29: Ceres ingresa a Virgo en paralelo a M53, un cúmulo estelar con una muy baja metalicidad. Esto significa ayuda o protección para áreas o personas con necesidad de recursos. Esto puede aplicarse a muchas situaciones, e indica que la estancia de Ceres en Virgo, que durará hasta el 3 de Noviembre 2013, puede ser productiva y de gran ayuda si se inyectan energía y recursos en lugares estratégicos que lo ameritan. Con la ayuda de Ceres, y su actitud protectora que se mezcla con la laboriosidad de Virgo, los proyectos que se han estancado pueden equilibrarse: M53 es un cúmulo balanceado en su concentración.

     Plutón a 135° de Vesta, en trígono a Mercurio, es una excelente combinación para la investigación, ya que confiere profundidad y concentración mental. Vesta está en paralelo a M17, la Nebulosa del Cisne, que oculta en su interior un cúmulo de estrellas que la iluminan desde dentro como si fuera una lámpara. De ahí la belleza de M17, y que hoy se favorezca la investigación para proyectos artísticos, descubriendo situaciones ocultas, encontrando contenidos creativos e inspiradores más allá de lo visible con los ojos. Pero en realidad, la combinación de la profundidad plutoniana con los contenidos ocultos de M17 favorece todo tipo de investigación, desde científica hasta en las profundidades de uno mismo..

     El Sol en paralelo a Mercurio y en contraparalelo al cúmulo estelar M26. Esto tiene un efecto de equilibrio sobre áreas que han permanecido sin expresión. M26 es un cúmulo abierto en la constelación de Scutum, que tiene muchas estrellas de tipo A y B, enfatizando la expresión. Pero la gran cantidad de polvo que lo oscurece indica obstáculos, resistencia, bloqueo a esta expresividad. La combinación Mercurio/Sol en contraparalelo a M26 implica pues una oportunidad de manifestar, de comunicar, de expresar superando dificultades y así contribuyendo a un mejor entendimiento. Así que, ¡a sacar nuestras ideas de la sombra! Esta mezcla representa también acceso negado a archivos o información encriptados...

     Venus en paralelo a Palas y a M42, la Gran Nebulosa de Orión, es otra combinación especialmente favorable para las artes, especialmente las gráficas, la pintura, la escultura, la fotografía, el diseño, etc. La Gran Nebulosa de Orión es una zona especialmente fértil de nuestra galaxia, por lo que implica una gran productividad, ahora aunada al sentido estético venusino y a la visualización estratégica de Palas. Esto también indica un aumento de la producción en los negocios: las estrategias financieras, por pequeñas que sean, tenderán a ser exitosas y crecerán como germinados frescos. ¡Cuidémoslas!

     El Sol en quincuncio (150°) a Juno y a la Nebulosa de la Tarántula. Esto indica ajustes necesarios en las relaciones, que se han venido dando desde hace varios días, con Juno en conjunción a una de las nebulosas más grandes conocidas. Las demandas de la pareja y de las personas cercanas aumentan, y hay que darles la debida atención. Como el Sol está apenas separándose del contraparalelo con M26 (ver más arriba), es el momento de expresar lo que no se ha dicho en nuestras relaciones cercanas. Puede tratarse tanto de cosas buenas como de sentimientos negativos, pero la cuestión es manifestar. Eso traerá un efecto sanador, y abrirá posibilidades para aquellos que tengan voluntad de cooperar. Pero hay que reflexionar antes de hablar: esta tendencia refleja cambios drásticos, por lo que si se desea evitar un viraje intenso, es mejor evitar las confrontaciones.

August 16/17/18 - The weekend's astrological trends: choose yours! Pallas, Uranus and cluster M10 balance situations out of control, Jupiter and the Dumbbell Nebula (M27) expand our consciousness and also radical attitudes, while the Sun, Ceres and spiral galaxy M90 bring help for a quick recovery of distressed projects

August 16/17/18: Asteroid Pallas is parallel to star cluster M10 and contra parallel Uranus. This configuration corrects the effects caused by excessive individualism and tends to stabilize situations after  drastic changes. A contra parallel always means a balance, and planets that are in that aspect are at the same distance from the Celestial Equator, one south and one north, like a pair of scales. In this case, the balance has to do with the Uranian tendency to cause radical changes and unexpected turns, with rebellious and individualistic attitudes. Pallas is the great corrector among the asteroids, while M10 is a  particularly stable globular cluster in the sense that it has only three variable stars. Therefore, it is possible during this weekend to correct the negative effects of situations out of control. And if your case is not so drastic, you can use this trend for successful home repairs.

     Jupiter is in parallel to the Dumbbell Nebula (M27) and trine the Moon's North Node. This trend representss basically an expansion of consciousness, but it must be applied in an adequate context to bring good results. M27 is a dying star in the constellation Vulpecula, whose outer layers have been ejected into space, exposing a high-temperature core. The higher the temperature of a star, the greater its relationship to conceptual and ideological aspects of human experience. The high temperature of M27 points to a connection with the higher mind: science, art, spirituality, politics. The transit of Jupiter, the largest planet in the solar system, emphasizes and expands this trend, which can cause extreme effects if ideas taken too far.

     At a personal level, if you happen to tune in with this frequency, try to avoid useless ideological confrontations, rather channeling this energy into research, studies, or in the worst case, to pure mental reflection or simply reading. In this way, you will probably find great progress in finding knowledge, whether it is scientific, sociological, artistic or mystical. Unfortunately, at the international level this trend is likely to reflect a particularly difficult time in which extreme policies are carried out of proportion, with serious consequences, as is the case in Egypt and other parts of the world.

     The Sun is at 135° from Pluto, and in opposition to star cluster M29. This trend is kind of a repeat of last Thursday's, referring to overcome obstacles that have been holding back the development of brilliant ideas and projects. If only for a couple of days, the transit of the Sun is an indicator of the energy needed to break the bonds around such projects, although in some cases this may involve the use of force, physical, emotional or mental. But the goal is not to dominate or manipulate, but rather to release a  potential that has been hindered. If this is achieved to some extent during the weekend, it is likely that projects are put into operation with excellent results, and very quickly. The Sun conjuncts asteroid Ceres, and makes simultaneously a parallel to galaxy M90, an indicator of support and encouragement to situations with lack of resources. Spiral galaxy M90 has anemic parts (without significant formation of stars) on its outer arms, but has a high fertility around its core. The conjunction between Sun and Ceres can help to compensate for the lack of supplies or fuel, but the process is fast: M90 crosses the constellation Virgo at the impressive speed of 1,500 kilometers per second!. This undoubtedly represents a fast and successful recovery of both projects in difficulty and physical or emotional health.

     And, at the very end of the weekend, Mercury is conjunct Vesta, both in opposition to star cluster M30. This astrological combination represents a necessary protection to prevent external disturbances. M30 is a globular cluster with a gravitationally collapsed core, symbolizing difficult relationships. Mercury and Vesta represent mental concentration, and the opposition with M30 indicates we must avoid falling into provocations, engaging in chaotic, aggressive or inharmonious situations. Those who are in tune with this trend can meditate or study, channeling the mind to escape the difficulties of the immediate environment or the world in general. On the other hand, in a negative sense, some may close their minds to external complications, but we must remember that denying reality does not help to resolve it. Don´t use this tendency to evade, but rather to protect yourself from disturbing interruptions: the goal is to remain calm amid the storm. Any complications will be best managed if one faces them with integrity, equanimity and mental clarity.

Agosto 16/17/18 - Tendencias del fin de semana: ¡escojan la suya! Palas, Urano y el cúmulo M10 equilibran situaciones fuera de control, Júpiter y la Nebulosa de la Manzana (M27) expanden la conciencia y las actitudes radicales, mientras el Sol, Ceres y la galaxia espiral M90 ayudan a una recuperación rápida de proyectos en dificultades

Agosto 16/17/18: El asteroide Palas está en paralelo al cúmulo estelar M10 y en contraparalelo a Urano. Esta configuración tiende a corregir los efectos causados por un excesivo individualismo y a estabilizar situaciones después de pasar por cambios drásticos. Un contraparalelo siempre representa un equilibrio, ya que los planetas que lo forman están a la misma distancia del Ecuador Celeste, uno al sur, y otro al norte, como si fuera una especie de balanza. En este caso, el equilibrio tiene que ver con la tendencia uraniana a provocar cambios radicales, virajes inesperados y actitudes rebeldes e individualistas. Palas es la gran correctora entre los asteroides, mientras que M10 es un cúmulo globular particularmente estable en el sentido de que tiene solamente 3 estrellas variables. Así, es posible durante este fin de semana componer los efectos negativos de situaciones fuera de control. Y si no se trata de algo tan drástico, es posible usar esta tendencia para reparaciones domésticas con éxito.

     Júpiter está en paralelo a la Nebulosa de la Manzana (M27) y en trígono al Nodo Norte Lunar. Esta tendencia representa básicamente una expansión de la conciencia, pero hay que situarla en el contexto adecuado para que de buenos resultados. M27 es una estrella agonizante en la constelación de Vulpecula, cuyas capas exteriores han sido expulsadas hacia el espacio exterior, exponiendo un núcleo de altísima temperatura. Mientras más alta es la temperatura de una estrella, más relación tiene con aspectos conceptuales e ideológicos de la experiencia humana. La alta temperatura de M27 la relaciona pues con la mente superior: ciencia, arte, espiritualidad, política. El tránsito de Júpiter, el planeta más grande el sistema solar, acentúa y expande esta tendencia, por lo que puede provocar efectos extremos si las ideas se llevan demasiado lejos.

     En lo personal, si se sintonizan con esta frecuencia, lo ideal es evitar confrontaciones ideológicas inútiles, canalizando esta energía hacia la investigación, los estudios, o en el peor de los casos, hacia la reflexión mental pura o la lectura. Así, es probable que haya grandes avances y progreso en la adquisición y descubrimiento del conocimiento, no importa si es científico, sociológico, artístico o místico. Desafortunadamente, en el plano internacional es probable que esto refleje un momento particularmente difícil, en el cual las políticas se llevan a extremos fuera de proporción, con consecuencias graves, como es el caso en Egipto y en otros lugares del mundo.

     El Sol se sitúa a 135° de Plutón, y en oposición al cúmulo estelar M29. Esta tendencia es una repetición de la del Jueves pasado, y se refiere a superar obstáculos que han estado deteniendo el desarrollo de ideas y proyectos brillantes, pero bloqueados. Aunque sea sólo por un par de días, el tránsito del Sol es un indicador de la energía necesaria para romper las ataduras de dichos proyectos, aunque ello en algunos casos pueda implicar el uso de la fuerza, física, emocional o mental. Pero el objetivo no es dominar o manipular, sino liberar un potencial restringido. Si esto se logra en alguna medida durante el fin de semana, es probable que los proyectos que se pongan a funcionar tengan excelentes resultados, y de manera rápida. El Sol hace posteriormente una conjunción al asteroide Ceres, y un paralelo a la galaxia M90, un indicador de apoyo y fomento a situaciones con falta de recursos: la galaxia espiral M90 tiene partes anémicas (sin formación de estrellas) en sus brazos exteriores, pero una gran fertilidad alrededor su núcleo. La conjunción Sol/Ceres puede ayudar a compensar la falta de alimento, apoyo o combustible, pero el proceso es rápido: M90 recorre la constelación de Virgo a la impresionante velocidad de ¡1,500 kilómetros por segundo!. Esto sin duda, representa una recuperación rápida y exitosa, tanto de proyectos en dificultades como de la salud física y emocional.

     Y para terminar el fin de semana, Mercurio se sitúa en conjunción a Vesta, y ambos en oposición al cúmulo estelar M30. Esta combinación astrológica representa una protección necesaria para evitar perturbaciones externas. M30 es un cúmulo globular con el núcleo gravitacional colapsado, lo que simboliza relaciones difíciles. Mercurio y Vesta representan concentración mental, y al oponerse a M30 evitan caer en provocaciones, engancharse en situaciones caóticas, agresivas o inarmónicas. Quienes se sintonicen con esta tendencia pueden meditar, estudiar, canalizar la mente hacia el interiory sustraerse a dificultades del medio ambiente inmediato o del mundo. Por otro lado, en un sentido negativo, algunos pueden cerrar su mente a complicaciones externas, pero hay que recordar que negar una realidad no contribuye a resolverla. No usen esta tendencia para evadir, sino para protegerse de interrupciones perturbadoras: el objetivo es guardar la calma en medio de la tormenta. Los asuntos se resuelven mejor si uno los enfrenta con entereza, ecuanimidad y claridad.

August 15/16: The Sun conjunct the Owl Nebula (M97) promotes research and introspection, while Mercury, Vesta and Geminga focus the mind in silence. Ceres, Pluto and star cluster M29 modify attitudes to release great ideas

August 15/16: The Sun is conjunct the Owl Nebula (M97), and contra parallel the Eagle Nebula (M16). This configuration points to an excellent day for research of all kinds, especially in personal psychology and relationships, but also in practical, everyday issues. The Owl Nebula is a planetary nebula, i.e. a dying star that expels its atmosphere into space. The Owl has two main characteristics: the extremely high temperature of its central star (100,000 ° K!), and the blue reflection nebula around, since the expelled material largely reflects the light from the star. This represents an emphasis on the higher mind and an introspection process, respectively. Therefore, it is a good time to look into our psyche for answers, either about ourselves or others.

     The Sun is also contra parallel to the Eagle Nebula (M16), and this indicates that this introspection can be used to renew strongly held beliefs or traditions that may hinder the development of the present circumstances. In many cases there will be powerful and transformative insights. And while it is necessary to update the information we have about our personal past or historical trends, intense ideological confrontations are likely, so it's best not to argue about controversial issues in science, politics, arts or spirituality. In any case, if connected with this frequency, you better invest your energies in an objective investigation, emotionally detached.

     Asteroid Ceres is located at 135° from Pluto, and in ecliptic opposition to star cluster M29. This represents the need to find support to promote ideas, projects, visions that have been hidden or blocked by difficulties. It's time to overcome obstacles for talent and good ideas through the releasing of patterns of behavior and external conditions that produce such blockages. M29 is a relatively small star cluster in the constellation Cygnus, whose stars shine quite brightly. But their light  is strongly polarized by an interfering cloud of cosmic dust: it represents blockages, difficulties. Ceres' opposition to M29 means overcoming these obstacles through a supportive attitude, and the aspect with Pluto implies a radical, profound, change. In the worst of cases, as always with Ceres/Pluto combinations, there may be losses in order to change, but if this is addressed properly, the transformation will be positive. And as this slow process goes on, as this trend will last until the beginning of next week, we'll have to let go all kinds of emotions associated with frustration, releasing them so we can approach things in a brand new way, fresh and optimistic.

      Mercury is parallel to Vesta and Geminga. This indicates the need to concentrate the mind on specific targets shutting out external distractions that can disrupt the process. Geminga, as we have mentioned in other articles of the Galactic Guide, is a pulsar or neutron star (remnant of a supernova explosion) which is silent on radio waves. This implies a low profile, quiet mental activity. And for working large projects or elaborated ideas, it is best not to manifest much of them until their gestation is complete. Of course there are many things one may think but they should not be expressed to avoid problems. In silence, we are likely to achieve more, because the energy will be channeled into the creative mind, avoiding publicity on something that is not yet ready to be manifested. In practical terms: discretion is the best strategy. Don't speak unless it is really necessary! On the other hand, this trend may indicate expression problems and communication difficulties, especially if people manifests a closed mind and an  elitist attitude, to which it is better not to insist. But we won't need to remain silent for a long time, since this trend lasts only about 24 hours ... Use it positively!

Agosto 15/16: El Sol en conjunción a la Nebulosa de la Lechuza (M97) fomenta la investigación y la introspección, mientras Mercurio, Vesta y el pulsar Geminga concentran la mente en silencio. Ceres, Plutón y el cúmulo estelar M29 modifican actitudes para liberar grandes ideas

Agosto 15/16: El Sol está en conjunción a la Nebulosa de la Lechuza (M97), y en contraparalelo a la Nebulosa del Águila (M16). Esta configuración indica un día excelente para la investigación de todo tipo, en especial en la psicología personal y de las relaciones, pero también en el plano práctico y cotidiano. La Nebulosa de la Lechuza es una nebulosa planetaria, es decir, una estrella agonizante que expele su atmósfera hacia el espacio exterior. La Lechuza tiene dos características principales: la alta tempertura de su estrella central (¡100,000° K!) y la nebulosa de reflexión a su alrededor, ya que el material que ha lanzado al exterior refleja en gran medida la luz de la estrella. Esto significa un énfasis en la mente superior y en procesos de introspección, respectivamente. Por lo tanto, es un buen momento para indagar en nuestra psique en busca de respuestas, ya sea acerca de nosotros mismos o de los demás.

     Por su parte, el contraparalelo del Sol a la Nebulosa del Águila (M16) indica que esta introspección puede servir para renovar convicciones o tradiciones fuertemente arraigadas y que pueden estorbar el desarrollo de las circunstancias presentes. En muchos casos habrá fuertes y transformadoras tomas de conciencia. Y si bien es preciso actualizar la información que tenemos acerca de nuestro pasado personal o histórico, esta tendencia puede provocar confrontaciones ideológicas muy intensas, por lo que es mejor no discutir acerca de temas controvertidos en la ciencia, política, artes o espiritualidad. En todo caso, si se conectan con esta frecuencia, es mejor invertir la energía en una investigación objetiva y desapegada emocionalmente.

     El asteroide Ceres se sitúa a 135° de Plutón, y en oposición eclíptica al cúmulo estelar M29. Esto significa la necesidad de encontrar apoyo para promover ideas, proyectos, visiones que han permanecido ocultas o bloqueadas por dificultades. Es el momento de superar obstáculos al talento y las buenas ideas soltando los patrones de conducta y las condiciones externas que producen dicho bloqueo. M29 es un cúmulo estelar relativamente pequeño en la constelación del Cisne, cuyas estrellas brillan con una gran luminosidad. Pero la luz de éstas está fuertemente polarizada por una nube de polvo que se interpone: representa pues bloqueos, dificultades. La oposición de Ceres significa la superación de estos obstáculos a través de un apoyo concreto, de una actitud de apoyo, y la relación con Plutón implica un cambio radical, profundo. En el peor de los casos, como siempre con las combinaciones Ceres/Plutón, es posible que haya pérdidas para lograr el cambio, pero si éste se dirige adecuadamente, éste será positivo. Y mientras se logra, ya que esta tendencia durará hasta el inicio de la próxima semana, hay que dejar que fluyan todo tipo de emociones asociadas con la frustración, para liberarse de ellas y enfocar las cosas de una nueva manera, fresca y optimista.

     Finalmente, Mercurio en paralelo a Vesta y al pulsar Geminga indica la necesidad de concentrar la mente en objetivos concretos y cerrarse a distracciones externas que pueden perturbar el proceso. Geminga, como ya lo hemos mencionado en otros artículos de la Galactic Guide, es un pulsar o estrella de neutrones (residuo de una explosión de supernova) que es silencioso en ondas de radio. Esto implica una actitud discreta, silenciosa. Y es que para trabajar grandes proyectos o ideas, lo mejor es no manifestarlos hasta que termine su gestación. Y hay cosas que se piensan pero no deben expresarse para evitar problemas. Con silencio se logrará más, pues la energía se canaliza hacia la creatividad mental y no a difundir algo que todavía no está listo para expresarse. Y en términos más cotidianos: la discreción es la mejor estrategia: ¡no hablen de más! Por otro lado, esta tendencia puede indicar problemas de expresión y dificultades de comunicación, sobre todo si la gente manifiesta una actitud cerrada y elitista, ante lo cual es mejor no insistir. Pero no es preciso quedarse callados mucho tiempo, ya que esta tendencia dura solamente 24 horas... ¡Aprovéchenla positivamente!

August 2/3: Mars is sextile to Venus, in opposition to the Wild Duck Cluster (M11). Sextile combinations (a distance of 60°) between Venus and Mars are usually beneficial since they favor social relationships, romance and sexuality. This time this happens with Mars in opposition to one of the most abundant open clusters of stars, M11 or the Wild Duck cluster. This opposition indicates a great need for expression and communication at various levels. This means that social life this weekend can be fun with great conversations, an intense and satisfying sexual expression, a friendly exchange, sharing with the family, and also through energetic, brilliant artistic performances. Wh? M11 contains a large amount of A-type stars, which emphasize communication and expressiveness.

     This, coupled with the natural magnetism of the relationship Venus / Mars, can not but bring plenty of affection and amusement among people, at least for this weekend and first days of next week. Agosto 2/3: Marte, Venus y el Cúmulo del Pato Salvaje (M11) reflejan un gran flujo afectivo, mientras Quirón y la galaxia M49 sanan la alimentación. Vesta. Urano y el cúmulo M67 equilibran la libertad con la convivencia y nos regresan al pasado

Agosto 2/3: Marte está en sextil a Venus, en oposición al Cúmulo del Pato Salvaje (M11). Las combinaciones de sextil (distancia de 60°) entre Venus y Marte suelen ser benéficas ya que favorecen las relaciones sociales, el romance y la sexualidad. En esta ocasión sucede con Marte en oposición a uno de los cúmulos abiertos más abundantes en estrellas, M11 o el cúmulo del Pato Salvaje. Esta oposición denota una enorme necesidad de expresión y comunicación a varios niveles, por lo que la vida social el fin de semana puede amenizarse con grandiosas conversaciones, una expresión sexual intensa y satisfactoria, un intercambio amistoso, compartiendo con la familia, y a través de expresiones artísticas energéticas y brillantes. ¿A qué se debe esto? M11 contiene una gran cantidad de estrellas de tipo A, que enfatizan la comunicación y la expresividad.

     Esto, aunado al magnetismo natural de la relación Venus/Marte, no puede sino traer abundancia de afecto y atracciones entre la gente, al menos durante el fin de semana y hasta el comienzo de la siguiente. Lo que uno debe evitar es el exceso, ya que M11, dentro de su simbolismo de abundancia, puede implicar una necesidad exagerada de comunicación que dificultaría el flujo de la cooperación, de una verdadera necesidad de compartir. Si se conectan con esta frecuencia, hay que dar y recibir a la vez para experimentarla adecuadamente. ¡Y es que se trata de mucho afecto fluyendo!


     Venus está en oposición a Quirón y en paralelo a la galaxia M49. Esta combinación tiene que ver con la sanación a través de la armonía, del equilibrio. M49 tiene un tipo espectral G7, lo que indica que se trata principalmente de desórdenes digestivos. ¡Sí! La curación también está reflejada en el Cosmos, y ya que no siempre hay una alineación que mezcle la armonía venusina, la tendencia sanadora quironiana y una galaxia de tipo G7, es un buen momento parta hacer algo por el estómago. M49 es una galaxia gigante, mientras que Venus representa comida agradable, de ahí que la sanación empieza por la moderación, evitando caer en la trampa de los antojos. Puede tratarse de desórdenes digestivos causados por excesos; si es así, es un buen momento para ponerse a dieta o al menos restringir elementos no necesarios de nuestra alimentación. M49 se ha tragado a varias galaxias que la circulaban, entonces habla de un apetito voraz. Si desean conectarse a la frecuencia de esta galaxia, traten de ingerir y asimilar solamente cosas positivas para su cuerpo y su estómago. De otro modo, padecerán posteriormente los resultados...

     Vesta en trígono a Urano, en oposición a Juno, en conjunción a M67. Esta combinación tiene su expresión principal en el área de las relaciones e indica la necesidad de equilibrar la convivencia con libertad, la concentración en uno mismo con intimidad e intercambios. Muchas relaciones de pareja, amistad, trabajo o familiares resentirán esto, pero es necesario y momentáneo. Si notan que alguien cercano pone su distancia, ¡no se ofendan! Quiere decir que se han conectado a esta tendencia astrológica, y la mejor actitud es dejar que cada quien se concentre en lo suyo. Julio 29/30: El Sol y la Nebulosa Tarántula generan abundancia, Plutón, el cúmulo M70 y Vesta mantienen el equilibrio en medio de cambios. Palas, Neptuno y la Nebulosa del Águila potencian la inspiración práctica

Julio 29/30: El Sol en oposición eclíptica a la Nebulosa de la Tarántula indica una gran productividad disponible... Si desean conectarse a esta frecuencia astrológica, deben saber que el poder solar se combina para energetizar fuertemente los procesos creativos. Es como si la luz del Sol fertilizara a la Nebulosa de la Tarántula, una región cuya característica es su abundancia en nuevos cúmulos estelares y sobre todo, su gran tamaño. La Nebulosa de la Tarántula es una de las regiones de creación de estrellas más grandes conocidas, y se encuentra en la vecina galaxia Gran Nube de Magallanes. De este modo, hay que generar y tratar de materializar de inmediato, concretar realistamente algo al respecto en el aquí y ahora (el poder solar). Y si bien puede haber una gran productividad, es preciso no exagerar, ya que el tamaño excesivo de estra creatividad puede ser excesivamente demandante. Es mejor fijarse objetivos concretos, y alcanzarlos. Así la prosperidad y la abundancia tendrán una manifestación concreta: ¡sólo por 24 horas!

      Plutón está en conjunción a M70,  y en contraparalelo al asteroide Vesta.. Esta tendencia se refiere a mantener la propia integridad en medio de cambios. M70 es un cúmulo estelar conflictivo, por su núcleo gravitatorio colapsado, pero también es un indicador de estabilidad gracias a su bajo número de estrellas variables. Vesta tiene también un simbolismo de integridad, e indica que está disponible la suficiente concentración para mantener el equilibri mental, emocional físico y espiritual en medio de circinstancias desestabilizadoras. Por otro lado, esta tendencia es buena para deshacerse de lo que no sirve, ideal para la limpieza, la reorganización, la depuración y la desintoxicación, En lo social y afectivo, se trata de evitar los roces y las confrontaciones con la gente y mantener la calma.

    Palas se sitúa en trígono a Neptuno, y en oposición a  la Nebulosa del Águila (M16). Esta combinación es de una fuerza inspiradora muy grande, ya que indica grandes ideas que se convierten en estrategias. Las estrellas de tipo O que están en la Nebulosa del Águila corresoonden con una alta temperatura y con la mente superior, de ahí los ideales inspiradores, ya sean espirituales, artísticos, científicos, políticos u otros. Palas es la estratega suprema dentro de los asteroides, y ello indica que la inspiración de Neptuno aunada a M16 encuentra un plan a través del cual realizarse. Esto beneficiará sin duda los proyectos artísticos, las sesiones de psicoterapia, la planificación, la solución de malentendidos y la actualización de ideas anacrónicas. Sin  embargo, también puede significar la desorganización de estrategias antiguas, por lo que conviene adaptarse a nuevos procedimientos si los acostumbrados no funcionan...

July 17/18: Vesta, the Sun, Saturn and star cluster M93 release pressure in order to express individuality, while Uranus retrograde, star cluster M3 and galaxy M61 point to necessary renovations. The Grand Trine between Jupiter, Saturn and Neptune begins to remove prejudices that generate unrest

July 17/18: Vesta is conjunct star cluster M93, in parallel to the Sun, square Saturn, and at 150° from Neptune. Definitely, Vesta is today the busiest celestial body astrologically speaking. In particular, it becomes strengthened by the parallel with the Sun, a symbol of power and energy. Vesta represents a principle of personal integrity, of concentration in our activities, of devotion to a cause, whether spiritual or practical. These days, Vesta's square (distance 90 °) to Saturn, with whom she has an ambivalent relationship, gets to be very dramatical. In mythology, Saturn is her father, an overbearing authority figure. The square Saturn/Vesta represents the urgent need to break the psychological sense of duty to express one's individuality. This can occur in several ways, the more positive is to break conventions in order to express personal creativity, making new contributions that generate progress.

     But not all cases will have such an optimistic manifestation: it all depends on the particular situation and the amount of pressure that is actually present. If excessive pressure has been experienced in recent weeks, it's time to release, as we risk to create a liberation crisis that can cause drastic ruptures. Vesta is conjunct star cluster M93, in which most of the stars are of spectral type G and A,  indicating an enormous need for individual expression. Also, Vesta is in the expressive zodiac sign of Leo, Saturn is in the controlling sign of Scorpio, while the distance of 90° or square is an indicator of contrast and crisis.

     It is really necessary to let escape Vesta from the excessive control of duty, routine, responsibilities, rituals and conventions that do not allow a healthy expression of individuality. Whether we place ourselves on the side of Vesta or that of Saturn, we must let everyone freely express their initiative, because otherwise  relationships (mainly in the family and at work) will be affected by tensions, that, in some cases, will be dramatic and have irreversible consequences. The amount of rebellious attitudes will match the amount of control applied. During the rest of the week, it is best to release the pressure to allow others (or oneself) to express their own creativity, which can liberate valuable contributions... Get over with the feelings of guilt!

     The rebellious atmosphere is further accentuated by Uranus' retrograde station in opposition to star cluster M3 and in parallel to the particularly energetic galaxy M61. M3 is a very old cluster with a large number of variable stars, who are depleting their fuel: it denotes insecurity and outdated situations that need a renovation to keep going. Uranus in opposition to M3 indicates the need to overcome insecurity, and also the renewal process. The parallel with M61 helps a lot, too, because it is a tremendously energetic galaxy, where six supernovae have been detected, symbolically making M61 an intense transformation agent.

     In short: Uranus' station points to the the need to overcome insecurity or outdated situations through drastic changes and necessary renovations. The point is to avoid using excessive force to compensate for insecurity: relevant changes will flow by themselves once we have decided to implement them. Putting too much energy on this can cause discomfort, unexpected problems, unpleasant surprises, exaggerations and may adversely affect others. It is a time to overcome outdated situations, but in low doses: Uranus' station is strong during these days, but we actually have five months to implement the changes that this represents. Uranus retrograde ends on December 17, 2013. So... take it easy.

      As if this wasn´t enough for today, the long awaited Grand Trine in Water of three major planets reaches exactness: Jupiter, Saturn and Neptune form an equilateral triangle on their zodiacal positions, since they are located at 120° from each other. This configuration is unusual and indicates in theory an improvement (Jupiter) in difficult situations (Saturn and Neptune), since the trine or distance of 120° is considered a harmonic one. But let's look more closely at this configuration to better understand its symbolic meaning: Jupiter is in opposition to the Eagle Nebula (M16) and contra parallel star cluster M30. This mix indicates the need to revise conventions, personal or social, that generate conflict. M30 is a cluster with a gravitational core collapse, which is indicative of disagreements and confrontations. The stars within M30 frequently collide with each other. On the other hand, the Eagle Nebula (M16) is a nebula with a young star cluster and stars of very high temperature, being cataloged mostly in spectral type O which is a symbolic reference to cultural, religious, scientific or political ideas. And while the O-type stars emphasize the higher mind, they also enhance the prejudices derived from it with extremist attitudes ("I hold the truth")... Be careful with the way you manage your convictions! We must avoid exaggeration...

     In sum, Jupiter, M30 and M16 combined depict convictions that generate discomfort and confrontation, and the solutions, too. In this sense, Jupiter intervenes in the debate with a realistic approach and a sense of justice. But in negative circumstances, Jupiter's tendency to exaggeration can cause an overreaction and accentuate this discomfort, deepening prejudice and abuse instead of solving problems. We clearly need objectivity in an environment in which prejudice appears to outweigh practical needs. At a social issues and at international level, it is obvious that protests and crises will abound, but perhaps this is the only way in which solutions to certain problems can be found. Personally, we can handle today's trends (which will last until the weekend) in a conscious way, moving away from extreme attitudes and fanaticism. Moderation is a great solution in itself.

Julio 17/18: Vesta está en conjunción al cúmulo estelar M93, en paralelo al Sol, en cuadratura a Saturno, a 150° de Neptuno. Definitivamente, el día de hoy Vesta es el cuerpo celeste más activo astrológicamente hablando. En particular, adquiere una gran relevancia en la medida en la que forma un paralelo con el Sol, símbolo de potencia y energía. Vesta representa un principio de integridad personal, de concentración en  nuestras actividades, de devoción a una causa práctica o espiritual. En estos días se dramatiza mucho su cuadratura (distancia de 90°) a Saturno, con el cual tiene una relación ambivalente, ya que en la mitología es su padre, una figura de autoridad excesivamente dominante. La cuadratura Saturno/Vesta representa la urgente necesidad psicológica de romper con el sentido del deber para manifestar la propia individualidad. Esto puede darse de varias maneras, la más positiva consiste en romper las convenciones para manifestar la creatividad personal, logrando nuevas aportaciones que generen un progreso.

     Pero no todos los casos tendrán una manifestación tan optimista: todo depende de cada situación y de la cantidad de presión que exista en ellas. Si se han estado experimentando circunstancias de presión excesiva en las últimas semanas, es el momento de soltarla, ya que se corre el riesgo de generar una crisis que puede provocar rupturas drásticas. Vesta está en conjunción al cúmulo estelar M93, cuya mayoría de estrellas de tipo espectral G y A indica una enorme necesidad de expresión individual. Vesta está en el expresivo signo zodiacal de Leo, mientras que Saturno está en el controlador signo de Escorpio, siendo la distancia de 90° o cuadratura un indicador de contraste y crisis.

     Es pues muy necesario dejar que Vesta se escape del control excesivo del deber, de la rutina, de obligaciones, rituales y convencionalismos que no permiten expresar sanamente la individualidad. Ya sea que nos situemos del lado de Vesta o el de Saturno, hay que permitir que cada quien manifieste su iniciativa con libertad, porque de otro modo, las relaciones de trabajo y familiares, principalmente, se verán afectadas con fuertes tensiones, en algunos casos, drámáticas y con consecuencias irreversibles. Las actitudes rebeldes serán de la misma magnitud en la cual se trate de mantener el control. Es mejor soltar la presión para dejar que los demás (o uno mismo) expresen su propia creatividad, lo cual puede liberar valiosas aportaciones... ¡Fuera sentimientos de culpa!

     El ambiente de rebeldía se acentuará sin duda por la estación retrógrada de Urano, que sucede en oposición al cúmulo estelar M3 y en paralelo a la energética galaxia M61. M3 es un cúmulo muy viejo, con una gran cantidad de estrellas variables, que están agotando su combustible: esto denota inseguridad y situaciones caducas, que necesitan de una renovación para seguir adelante. Urano en oposición a M3 indica la necesidad de superar la inseguridad al manifestar la individualidad. El paralelo con M61 le ayuda, ya que se trata de una galaxia tremendamente energética, en la cual se han detectado seis supernovas o explosiones estelares, convirtiéndola simbólicamente en un intenso agente de transformación.

     En resumen: la estación de Urano trae consigo la necesidad de superar la inseguridad a través de cambios drásticos y renovaciones necesarias. La cuestión es no poner una energía excesiva para compensar la inseguridad: las circunstancias dejarán fluir los cambios pertinentes toda vez que nos hayamos decidido a implementarlos. Poner demasiada energía en ello puede generar incomodidad, imprevistos desagradables, exageraciones y afectar negativamente a terceros. Es un momento para superar situaciones caducas, pero de manera dosificada: la estación de Urano es fuerte en estos días, pero hay cinco meses para poner en práctica los cambios que simboliza, hasta que termine su período de retrogradación el 17 de Diciembre 2013. Asi que...hagámoslo con calma.

      Por si fuera poco, hoy se completa el tan esperado Gran Trígono en Agua de tres importantes planetas: Júpiter Saturno y Neptuno.  Esto significa que forman un triángulo equilátero respecto asu posición zodiacal, ya que se encuentran cada uno a 120° del otro. Esta situación es inusual, y en teoría indica una mejora (Júpiter) en situaciones de dificultad (Saturno y Neptuno), ya que el trígono o distancia de 120° es considerada como armónica. Pero analicemos más de cerca esta configuración para comprender mejor su significado: Júpiter está en oposición a la Nebulosa del Águila (M16) y en contraparalelo al cúmulo estelar M30. Esta mezcla indica la necesidad de revisar convenciones, personales o sociales, que generan conflictos. M30 es un cúmulo con el núcleo gravitatorio colapsado, lo que es indicador de desacuerdos y confrontaciones: las estrellas dentro de él chocan frecuentemente las unas con las otras. Por otro lado, la Nebulosa del Águila (M16) es una nebulosa con un cúmulo de estrellas joven y de muy alta temperatura, siendo catalogadas en su mayoría en el tipo espectral O cuya referencia simbólica es con ideales culturales, religiosos, científicos o políticos. Y si bien las estrellas de tipo O enfatizan la mente superior, también potencian los prejuicios derivados de ésta con actitudes extremistas... ¡Cuidado con el manejo de las propias convicciones! No hay que exagerar.

     En suma, Júpiter, combinado con M30 y M16 habla de convicciones que generan malestar y confrontaciones que hay que solucionar. En este sentido, Júpiter interviene para solucionar el debate con su sentido realista y lleno de justicia. Pero en circunstancias negativas, su tendencia a la exageración puede provocar una reacción desproporcionada y acentuar este malestar, ahondando en los prejuicios y el abuso de la fuerza en vez de solucionar las cosas. Como sea, es necesario tener objetividad en un ambiente en el cual los prejuicios parecen pesar más que la realidad práctica. En el plano social e internacional, es obvio que las protestas y las crisis abundarán, pero quizás esta sea la única manera en la cual se encuentren soluciones a ciertos problemas. En lo personal, podemos manejar las tendencias del día de hoy (mismas que durarán hasta el fin de semana) de manera consciente, apartándonos de actitudes extremas. June 15/16: Several astrological trends occur simultaneously this weekend. Choose the one that suits you best amid rebuilding relationships, project reorganization, metabolic healing, resolution of complicated relationships, talents and egos that shine bright.

June 15/16: Pick your astrological trend among many this weekend: Juno retrograde and cluster M30 rebuild relationships, M36, the Sun and Vesta dazzle with their brightness, Mars and M12 lift up disorganized projects. Chiron retrograde and galaxy M65, work on tired metabolisms, Venus and the Cat's Eye Nebula resolve complicated relationships, Mercury, Mars and star cluster M21 initiate great projects...

      Juno gets retrograde conjunct globular cluster M30 and at 150° from Mercury. This trend is strong, as Juno, the asteroid of relationships is visually stationary, beginning a new phase of its annual cycle of retrogradation. This phase begins today and ends on December 5, so this event defines the basic outline of the next semester in social and love life, and particularly in partnerships or marriage. The Juno conjunction with M30 indicates emotional healing and respect for individuality right now. M30 is a conflictive cluster inside, because of the existing excessive pressure, which has made its core go through a gravitational collapse. Therefore, these six months can be very good for rebuilding relationships if one is willing to adapt and understand the other's point of view, but not necessarily compromise on everything.

     This is symbolized by the distance of 150° with Mercury, it represents a trend of negotiation, giving up a little to win a lot, in which it is better to adapt, to understand the way of thinking others. It is an effort of humility and tolerance perhaps, but well worth it. After all, Juno is in the zodiac sign of Aquarius, which represents friendship, freedom. The problems can be solved with an analytical approach and a high degree of respect for the individuality of other people, overcoming great power games! Now it is true that this combination Juno/M30 may indicate relationships that collapse, then this trend will speed up some break-ups in the coming weeks/months. But overall, it's an opportunity to unite, to understand, to support, only with freedom and without manipulation ... Just six months to work on that, folks!

     Mars is in opposition to M12 and at 150° from Pluto. This astrological combination reflects a compensating trend. M12 is a disperse cluster, representing a certain lack of energy. Mars, the planet of energetic display, with the largest volcano in the solar system, opposes M12, injecting his energy and creating a balance. This frequency is good for energizing loose areas or dispersion. However, the relationship of Mars to Pluto can indicate tampering, destruction, and even abuse of the weak and tragedies. Personally, it is better to channel this constructively with a consistent but moderate activity, and then it will be possible to structure projects and fix situations successfully. Regarding the destruction ... we need to avoid risks and raise awareness.

     The Sun is in parallel to Vesta and conjunct M36. This combination is unusually bright, in the literal sense of the word. The Sun does not need its brightness to be explained, while Vesta is one of the most bright asteroids as it reflects a lot of light from its surface. Perhaps that is why it was the fourth to be discovered. As if this was not enough, M36 is a cluster containing a star that shines with 360 times the luminosity of the Sun! This unique mix definitely needs Ray-Ban glasses and a good sunscreen, hopefully in the next couple of days the Sun does not have another major eruption, because that would be n excess of light. Anyway, the trend is to look on the bright (conscious) side of our personality in order to develop the innate talents that we have and focus on their implementation. In the spiritual plane, it is, despite the redundancy, a time of great lighting, perfect for retreats, meditations, prayers, visualization, and other similar activities. Explore the unconscious may also prove fruitful, and in general any process that intends to expand our consciousness ... Needless to say, avoid egotistic behaviour, that is too easy to do under this trend. Well, it is not about blinding and outshining others with our presence, but rather to illuminate personal specific talents to share for the good of all ... Make your choice ...

     Venus conjunct the Cat's Eye Nebula and trine the Moon's North Node. Venus shows her diplomacy visiting a nebula that represents complications. The Cat's Eye, as we have discussed recently in the Galactic Guide, is a nebula with a complex structure, which may involve entanglements. Venus is about solving these complications with a little kindness and diplomacy. Now, given the seductive nature of Venus, things can end up more tangled than they were, so in circumstances of love, passion, sex and seduction we have to be careful. This trend is better to harmoniously fix inconsistencies,  complications of communication in relationships. And it can be very pleasurable, too, if people are nice enough.

     The Juno retrograde is not the only event of its kind this weekend. Chiron also goes retrograde conjunct the spiral galaxy M65. This can have an effect on the health of many people, as Chiron is an indicator of disease or healing function by its mythology. On the other hand, M65 is a galaxy with few fertile areas and a lot of dust in its equatorial plane, which can symbolize metabolic problems caused by weary, lazy organs or glands. Symptoms will vary depending on the person, but it is important to know that in the coming months, the path of healing can go through the proper treatment and elimination of toxins, as this can regulate and revitalize metabolic functions. Other cases will require more effort, especially glandular problems, but the trend will last until March 11, 2014, when Chiron returns to the point where it is today. We have to implement these therapies during the next months so we can purify and revitalize. We must not let our metabolism deteriorate!

     Finally, Mercury is in parallel to Mars and contra parallel to star cluster M21. This prevents about impulsivity when talking, as it easily can become aggressiveness. The same goes for driving and everyday life in general. Accidents can happen out of carelessness. But this impulsive energy mix also has a different and special side: it represents a mind that wants things started. M21 is a very young star cluster: only 21 million years, indicating the beginning and a mind directed to the new, the future, not the past. So it's a good time to start and plan projects and their development. The B-type stars of M21 indicate a stimulus to the higher mind, so these begginnings might have to do with science projects, philosophical writings, spiritual or mystical experiences, great works of art or just a great inspiration. We must put to work the ideas that struggle for a little of our attention so they can be materialized.
