Every year, during November 1st and 2nd, the Sun makes its ecliptic conjunction with stellar Cluster Omega Centauri. This enormous sphere of stars, equivalent to a densely populated city, is the remnant core of a galaxy long ago devoured by the Milky Way. With more than a million stars, is undoubtedly the largest cluster of the galaxy, and therefore symbolizes the quintessential symbol of social strength, both in the life of an individual and of a nation, or even at a global level.
Omega Centauri is the symbol of the collective trend at any given moment. This time, the transit of the Sun conjunct Omega Centauri happens with a square to asteroid Juno, suggesting tensions in relationships, difficulty in making agreements and commitments, marital conflict and deceptions. Juno is the asteroid of relationships, its tendency is towards making agreements, but their intentions are at odds with a Status Quo that slows things down.
Socially, this implies difficulties to agree. Society does not accept so easily the proposals of governments, and this may indicate the possibility of a divorce between them. Both internationally and in the individual level, it is difficult to agree with others, but not impossible. Omega Centauri gathers multitudes, and the square to Juno also represents the organizational effort required to put a common goal and move towards it.
Individually, the relationship needs may be at odds with social conventions, whatever form they may take. But the effort to bridge the gap between those who wish to be united will make relationships stronger. It will be worth the effort to strive to make fair agreements and not feeling defeated with the first resistance found. Not all relationships will pass the test this weekend, but we should not take it too seriously, as there are many other astrological events to deal with, if this one causes trouble.
