June 12th: Chiron is stationary in opposition to the supernova Vela Junior, bringing great healing and revealing insights; Mercury in opposition to star cluster M70 liberate us from manipulation

June 12th: Chiron starts its retrograde period in opposition to Vela Junior, a supernova explosion in the constellation Vela. Do not confuse it with the Supernova Vela remnant, which is bigger and older. We've been mentioning Vela SR in the Galactic Guide because, recently, on June 4th, Neptune made its station in opposition to it. Vela Junior is another supernova explosion, much younger (800 years) and discovered  in 1998. Vela Junior is superimposed on the cloud of the Vela supernova... it is a relatively young supernova, and is one of the strongest sources of gamma rays in the sky, the higher electromagnetic frequency... This indicates that Chiron's retrograde station can lead to great insights, enhancing the therapeutic process it represents, taking it to its highest manifestation...    

     This may be expressed primarily in the area of health: there may be excellent diagnoses and a deep understanding of many ailments. It is an excellent time to do lab tests, medical tests and studies, as through them we can get to the root of the problems from the physical point of view. But it is equally important to unravel the psychological structure of the physical or mental illness. Chiron in Pisces, with its psychological sensitivity together with Vela Junior, stimulate transcendent perception, which will certainly lead to great discoveries in one's own psyche.    

      During the following days, probably as much as two weeks, the causes of our behavior and personality may come to light if we investigate in our personal history and family background... Therefore it is an appropriate time for psychoanalysis, for all kinds of psychological therapies, for dream analysis, meditation and introspection. Chiron will confront us with everything in our mind, emotions and physical body that is not in harmony with the universe, with our higher self, our higher destiny and our deepest talent. Chiron will compel us to heal and balance this in order to be restore a harmonious union with the universal flow. What we do need to change for our potential to flow?    

      The same can be applied to studies and academic activities, which are in themselves the other side of Chiron (healing/teaching are its main attributes). The intuitive, superconscious qualities of Vela Junior will give a push and and unusual depth to investigations and to the understanding of the subjects to study. However, going so deep can also expose difficult situations, that can be embarrassing by their complication. It can also expose emotional wounds that require major changes to find a solution, beyond the mere study or academic interest.    

     Everyone will find something different on his/her path, but this is a very good opportunity to detect and heal areas that prevent a harmonious union with our higher destiny, with our highest potential. Perhaps we will work on it during the next six months, but around these days certainly we will glimpse the new direction to follow.  

     Internationally, Chiron represents the parts of society who do not feel accepted or integrated, and the opposition to Vela Junior implies that, in the coming weeks, these sectors of society will have to draw attention to themselves, manifesting the real weight they have in society. Events may happen that will let in evidence the underrated population and their needs. But this would happen in order to integrate them, to provide resources and attention to areas that require care, nurturing, protection and no more injuries, neglect and harassment. It is a process in which everyone can participate by putting some little energy into a noble and altruistic cause. There's plenty! Do at least one or a few!  

     On the other hand, Mercury is now in opposition to star cluster M70, at 120° from Chiron and at 135° from Juno. This astrological combination between star cluster, asteroids and planet represents adjustments of power in relationships,. This includes love relationships, which today can go through a stressful time in general. In many cases, we will have to rethink the purpose of the relationship and the duties and privileges of each party. M70 is a cluster with a gravitational core collapse, which represents a difficult coexistence: there might be power games in relationships and therefore problems to reach agreements... The trend is about not letting oneself being controlled by others, but it also makes cooperation difficult. It is advisable to postpone important agreements and discussions for another, more harmonious, day. But it is also a good time to be internally free from people, situations or behaviors involving manipulation and not cooperation.

Junio 12: Quirón estacionario en oposición a Vela Junior, una explosión de supernova en la constelación de Vela. No hay que confundir a Vela Junior con la Supernova de Vela, más grande y más antigua, que hemos estado mencionando en la Galactic Guide debido a que el 4 de Junio Neptuno hizo su estación encima de ella. Vela Junior se trata de otra explosión de Supernova, mucho más joven (800 años) y descubierta en 1998. Vela Junior está sobrepuesta a la nube de la supernova de Vela... se trata de una supernova relativamente joven, y es una de las fuentes de emisión más fuertes de rayos gamma en el cielo, la frecuencia electromagnética más elevada... Esto indica que la estación de Quirón puede dar lugar a muy grandes tomas de conciencia, elevando el proceso terapéutico que implica a su máxima expresión...

    Esto puede manifestarse principalmente en el área de la salud: puede haber excelentes diagnósticos y una comprensión profunda de los padecimientos. Es un excelente momento para hacer análisis clínicos,  pruebas y estudios médicos, pudiendo llegar a la raíz de los problemas desde su punto de vista físico. Pero es igualmente importante desentrañar la estructura psicológica de la enfermedad física o mental. Quirón en Piscis, con su sensibilidad psicológica y aunado a Vela Junior, que estimula la percepción trascendente, dará lugar a grandes descubrimientos en la propia psique.

      Durante los días que siguen, probablemente en las próximas dos semanas, pueden salir a la luz las causas de nuestro comportamiento y personalidad, si investigamos en nuestra historia personal y familiar... Por lo tanto también es un momento adecuado para el psicoanálisis, para todo tipo de terapias psicológicas, para el análisis de sueños, la meditación y la introspección. Quirón nos confrontará con todo lo que en nuestra mente, emociones y cuerpo físico no esté en armonía con el universo, con nuestro Yo Superior, con nuestro destino más elevado y nuestro talento más profundo, y nos impulsará a sanarlo y a equilibrarlo para que se reestablezca una conexión armónica con el flujo universal. ¿Qué tenemos qué modificar para que fluya nuestro potencial?

     Lo mismo puede decirse en cuanto a los estudios y actividades académicas, que son en sí la otra faceta de Quirón. Las cualidades intuitivas y supraconscientes de Vela Junior le darán un empuje y una profundidad inusitados a las investigaciones y a la comprensión de las materias a estudiar. Sin embargo, el ir tan profundo también puede exponer situaciones difíciles de resolver, embarazosas por su complicación o heridas emocionales que requieren grandes cambios para su solución, más allá del estudio o el mero interés académico.

     Cada quien se encontrará con algo diferente, pero se trata de una muy buena oportunidad para detectar y sanar áreas que impiden una conexión armónica con nuestro destino superior, con nuestro potencial más elevado. Es posible que pasemos los próximos seis meses trabajando en ello, pero alrededor de estos días se vislumbrará sin duda la nueva dirección a seguir.

    En el plano internacional, Quirón representa las partes de la sociedad que no se sienten aceptadas o integradas, y la oposición a Vela Junior implica que en estas semanas que vienen, estos sectores de la sociedad tendrán a llamar la atención manifestando el peso real que tienen en la sociedad. Puede haber eventos que dejen en evidencia a la población desprotegida, pero se trata de integrar y de darle recursos y atención a áreas que requieren cuidado, sustento, protección y no más heridas, negligencia y acoso. Es un proceso en el cual todos podemos participar poniendo un poco de energía en alguna causa noble y altruista.
 
     Por otro lado, hoy Mercurio se encuentra en oposición al cúmulo estelar M70, a 120° de Quirón y a 135° de Juno. Esta combinación astrológica entre cúmulo estelar, asteroides y planeta representa ajustes de poder en las relaciones, incluyendo las relaciones de pareja, que hoy pueden en general pasar por un momento de tensión. En muchos casos, se tendrá que replantear el objetivo de la relación, así como los deberes y privilegios de cada quien. M70 es un cúmulo estelar con el núcleo gravitacional colapsado, lo que representa una convivencia difícil: por un lado hay juegos de poder y por el otro una dificultad para ponerse de acuerdo... La tendencia es a no dejarse controlar por los demás, pero eso también dificulta la cooperación. Es recomendable posponer acuerdos y discusiones importantes para otro momento más armónico... Pero también es un momento bueno para liberarse internamente de personas, situaciones o conductas que implican manipulación y no cooperación.
