May 8/9: Mercury, Mars and Galaxy M100 generate energy and dynamism that need to be channeled adequately; Vesta, Neptune and the Pleiades open spaces for spirituality and introspection

May 8/9: Mercury, the planet of communication, is parallel to Mars and galaxy M100, and also square to Juno. This combination is powerful and represents an enormous amount of energy to be channeled on artistic goals and for  structuring our projects. The combination Mercury/Mars by itself indicates a high energy dose in our everyday affairs, as they will tend to be done quickly| with the dynamism and enthusiasm of this trend. However, they will also often coincide with communication problems (the square to Juno), impatience, irritability and aggression, to be avoided at all costs. We must be patient with others, do not respond to provocations...

     The spiral galaxy M100, is one of the most beautiful in our galactic neighborhood. Its impressive symmetry suggests a perfect design, so that the energy of Mercury and Mars can be channeled to improve our projects or to beautify and harmonize our environment. This combination is great for the arts, photography, painting, design, or just to give our personal space some aesthetic and functional structure. The results can be extraordinary! Otherwise, M100 can accentuate the latent aggression of the Mercury/Mars combination, since five supernovae have been detected in it. This gives a tendency to change drastically, to provoke, to show irreverence that may bring quarrels, accidents by impulsivity and aggression. However, the strong X-ray emission of the five M100 supernovae is conducive to introspection, and in any case should be a good dynamic astrological combination for psychoanalysis and research.
Better this than causing conflicts!

     Fortunately, not everything is so intense these days. Asteroid Vesta is parallel to the Pleiades (M45) and trine to Neptune, which facilitates devotion, meditation, yoga and generally all activities related to spirituality. Neptune is the  mystical and transcendent planet, but the combination Vesta/Pleiades is also very interesting. The stars that make up M45 are involved in nebulosity, which suggested that they were still wrapped in the original cloud that created them. But it has been discovered that they are only passing through a nebulosity area of the galaxy, that reflects light from the Pleiades, and thus becomes a reflection nebula. Reflection nebulae represent introspection, insights, internal visions and a fruitful dialogue with our own unconscious. So it is advisable to reserve a little time to focus on inner peace, whether to meditate or reflect mentally, compensating this way the stress that will surely come out of the Mercury/Mars/M100 trend. We must take care of our inner space, generating peace and harmony!

Mayo 8/9: Mercurio, el planeta de la comunicación, está en paralelo a Marte y a la Galaxia M100, y en cuadratura a Juno. Esta combinación es poderosa y representa una enorme cantidad de energía que debe ser canalizada  a objetivos artísticos o a darle estructura a nuestros proyectos. La combinación Mercurio/Marte, por sí sola, indica una alta doisis de energía en los asuntos cotidianos, que tienden a hacerse con rapidez, dinamismo y entusiasmo bajo esta tendencia. Sin embargo, también coinciden en muchos casos con problemas de comunicación (la cuadratura a Juno) impaciencia, irritabilidad y agresión, que hay que evitar a toda costa. Es preciso ser pacientes con los demás y no responder a provocaciones...

     La galaxia espiral M100, por su lado, es una de las más bellas de nuestro vecindario galáctico. Su impresionante simetría hace pensar en un diseño perfecto, por lo que la energía de Mercurio y Marte pueden canalizarse hacia perfeccionar nuestros proyectos o a embellecer y armonizar nuestro entorno. Esta combinación es excelente para actividades artísticas, fotografía, pintura, diseño, o simplemente para darle a nuestro espacio un ordenamiento estético y funcional. ¡Los resultados pueden ser extraordinarios! De lo contrario, M100 puede acentuar la agresividad latente en la combinación Mercurio/Marte, ya que se han detectado cinco supernovas en ella. Esto da una tendencia al cambio drástico, a la provocación, a la irreverencia que puede traer consigo pleitos, accidentes por impulsividad y agresión. Sin embargo, la fuerte emisión de rayos X de las 5 supernovas de M100 es propicia para la introspección, y en todo caso conviene canalizar tan dinámica combinación astrológica hacia el psicoanálisis y la investigación.
¡Es mejor que provocar conflictos! Y a final del día, es posible que se haya avanzado mucho más que en otros días.

     Afortunadamente, no todo es tan intenso. El asteroide Vesta está en paralelo a las Pléyades (M45) y en trígono a Neptuno, lo que facilita la devoción, la meditación, el yoga y en general, todo tipo de actividades relacionadas con la espiritualidad. Neptuno es el planeta místico y trascendente por excelencia, pero la combinación Vesta/Pléyades resulta también muy interesante. Las estrellas que componen a M45 están envueltas en nebulosidad, lo que hacía pensar que todavía estaban envueltas en la nube original que las creó. Pero se ha descubierto que sólo están pasando por una zona nebulosa de la galaxia, que al reflejar la luz de las Pléyades, se convierte en una nebulosa de reflexión. Estas nebulosas representan introspección, revelaciones, visiones internas y un fructífero diálogo con el inconsciente. Así que es conveniente reservar un poco de tiempo para concentrarse en paz, ya sea para meditar o reflexionar, y así compensar la enorme agitación que seguramente se dará con la tendencia Mercurio/Marte/M100.

May 2/3: Pallas, Uranus and M5 correct past behavior to have a better future, while Mercury, Jupiter and star cluster M79 take us beyond our boundaries... But there are many other astrological trends, get to know them so you can choose the ones to connect with!

May 2/3: The astrological trends in the second half of the week are numerous and touch various topics. Get to know them to decide to which one you wish to connect your experience or to explain yourself what you have been experiencing:

     Pallas is contra paralel to Uranus, conjunct the South Node Moon and opposed to globular cluster M5. Pallas is an asteroid whose transit is of great help in most cases, as it symbolizes the ability to put some order or to correct chaotic or problematic  situations. In this case, Pallas' conjunction with the Lunar South Node reveals that the issues fixed come from the past, and Uranus represents an alteration of the circumstances leading to failures or problems. The cause behind many of them may be insecurity as Pallas is opposed to M5, a globular cluster with many variable stars, whose abundance suggests weaknesses and inconsistencies. So, to continue moving forward in our lives, we need to alter and correct past patterns of insecurity. The effort invested in this will bring good consequences because it will avoid repeating inappropriate formulas in the new projects we are undertaking.

      Mercury makes a conjunction to galaxy M33, and is at 45° from Jupiter. This represents an opportunity to generate great ideas and to integrate them in different contexts, and also to approach reality in a different way. M33, as we have mentioned in the past in the Galactic Guide, has an immense stellar generation region, which implies a very large creative potential. The passage of Mercury by M33 can only be a great creative stimulus for the mind, that will be able to produce great plans and insights.

     However, the best thing would be to direct that mental creativity towards goals that  lie farther than those that normally keep us busy. Mercury is in semi-square (45 °) to Jupiter, the planet that by its enormous size and magnetic field represents to transcend borders. What's more, Jupiter is conjunct M79, a star cluster born in another galaxy and currently in the process of integrating to the system of the Milky Way. Therefore, it is a good time to apply our ideas in contexts outside our everyday reality, setting targets that allow us to go further than normal, as well as integrating ideas and helpful suggestions. We must be open to receive something different and new, sometimes from the least expected people or places! This combination is also excellent for travel, whether mental or physical, for studies and research, for exports and trade, to get new customers and to communicate with people far away or with whom contact has been lost.

    On 3/4 May, Mercury is in parallel to the galaxy M59 and contra parallel to Saturn. This combination suggests the need to consider and accept different points of view. However, unlike the previous trend, this astrological mix refers to prevent an abuse of power, which would consist in trying to impose one's ideas at all costs. M59 is a giant galaxy, making it very dominant in nature. But Saturn has responsibility for ensuring the necessary limits, to be considered and observed at all times this weekend. Containment, silence, discretion will be successful, but a domineering attitude will cause rejection. However, a strong, yet structured expression will be most convincing and inspiring: simultaneously, Mercury makes a sextile to idealistic Neptune ...

     The Sun is at 60° from Chiron, a combination that can be used to give some strength to weak aspects of our personality and our lives. Chiron, among other things, represents poorly socially integrated aspects of the psyche, and is in parallel to star cluster M12, symbolizing great independence. Chiron is happy in the territory of M12, since there is no strong control on his personality: M12 is a disperse cluster, which exerts very little gravitational influence on the stars that compose it. But then again, this implies that some of the talents of Chiron (and he has many) are underdeveloped by a lack of pressure and discipline.

     This is where the Sun, combined with the fantastic and productive spiral galaxy M100, provides help, prompting and encouraging creativity to advance and materialize projects. And this is because M100 has one of the most spectacular and beautiful designs of the known universe: it is hard not to be motivated in front of her breathtaking beautiful visual presence. This combination is also excellent to accelerate the healing of physical diseases or mental states that have not been responding adequately in recent days. Therefore, the application of therapies is favorable in general.

     Mars is in sextile (60°) to Ceres, and opposed to Omega Centauri. This trend highlights the need to assert oneself, even going against the general flow (symbolized by Omega Centauri, the largest cluster in our galaxy). For those who are connected with this frequency or become involved in it, it is important to keep your own direction regardless of what other people think. In fact, common sense and generality opposing your convictions is an indicator that you are following the right path. In this way, you may direct  energies into productive activities without rigid or obsolete restrictions that block their development. This trend is diametrically opposed to that of Mercury/M59, which was mentioned above and refers rather to express ideas with a dominant attitude. This means only to search for the necessary freedom to produce better. Politically, it has to do with the necessary restrictions to the production of transgenic corn, related to the Mars/Saturn opposition, but momentarily, Mars will press hard for that to be done.

Mayo 2/3: Las tendencias astrológicas en la segunda parte de la semana son numerosas y tocan diferentes temas. Conózcanlas para decidir a cuál conectar su experiencia o para explicarse qué es lo que han estado experimentando:

     Palas está en contraparalelo a Urano, en conjunción al Nodo Sur Lunar, en oposición al cúmulo globular M5. Palas es un asteroide cuyo tránsito suele ser de gran ayuda, ya que simboliza la habilidad de ordenar o corregir situaciones caóticas o problemáticas. En este caso, la conjunción con el Nodo Sur Lunar revela que los asuntos que Palas compone provienen del pasado, y Urano representa una alteración de las circunstancias que produjeron fallos o problemas. La causa detrás de muchos de ellos puede ser la inseguridad, pues Palas se opone a M5, un cúmulo globular cuya abundancia de estrellas variables hace pensar en debilidades e inconsistencias. Así, para continuar avanzando en nuestras vidas, es preciso cambiar patrones de inseguridad del pasado, alterarlos y corregirlos. El esfuerzo invertido en esto traerá excelentes consecuencias, pues evitará el repetir fórmulas inadecuadas en lo nuevo que estemos emprendiendo.

      Mercurio hace una conjunción a la galaxia M33, y está a 45° de Júpiter. Esto representa la oportunidad de generar ideas e integrarlas en diferentes contextos, y también para enfocar la realidad de una manera diferente. M33, como lo hemos mencionado en otras ocasiones en la Guía Galáctica, tiene una inmensa región de generación estelar, lo que implica un potencial creativo muy grande. El paso de Mercurio por M33 no puede sino representar un gran estímulo creativo para la mente, que será capaz de producir grandes planes y tomas de conciencia.

     Sin embargo, lo mejor sería dirigir dicha creatividad mental hacia objetivos más lejanos de los que normalmente nos mantienen ocupados. Mercurio está en semicuadratura (a 45°) de Júpiter, el planeta que, por su tamaño y enorme campo magnético significa el trascender fronteras. Por si fuera poco, Júpiter está en conjunción a M79, un cúmulo estelar nacido en otra galaxia e integrándose al sistema de la Vía Láctea. Por ello, es bueno aplicar nuestras ideas en contextos ajenos a nuestra realidad cotidiana, poniendo objetivos que nos permitan llegar más lejos de lo normal e integrando ideas y sugerencias útiles. ¡Hay que estar abiertos a recibir algo diferente y nuevo, a veces de las personas menos esperadas! Esta combinación también es excelente para los viajes, mentales o físicos, para los estudios e investigaciones, las exportaciones y el comercio, para conseguir nuevos clientes y para la comunicación con personas lejanas o con las que se ha perdido el contacto.

    Los días 3/4 de Mayo, Mercurio está en paralelo a la galaxia M59 y en contraparalelo a Saturno. Esta combinación sugiere la necesidad de considerar y aceptar diferentes puntos de vista. Sin embargo, a diferencia de la tendencia anterior, ésta mezcla astrológica se refiere a evitar el abuso de poder, que consistiría en tratar de imponer lo que uno piensa a toda costa. M59 es una galaxia gigante, lo cual la hace muy dominante por naturaleza. Pero Saturno se encargará de poner los límites necesarios, mismos que hay que considerar y observar en todo momento. En la contención, en el silencio, en la discreción consistirá el éxito, pues al imponerse lo que se logrará es el rechazo. Sin embargo, un pensamiento fuerte y a la vez estructurado y discreto será de lo más convincente e inspirador: Mercurio hace simultáneamente un sextil al idealista Neptuno...

     El Sol se encuentra a 60° de Quirón, combinación que puede servir para darle fuerza a aspectos flojos de nuestra personalidad y de nuestras vidas. Quirón, entre otras cosas, representa aspectos de la psique poco integrados socialmente, y se encuentra en paralelo al cúmulo estelar M12, que simboliza una gran independencia. Quirón se encuentra feliz en el territorio de M12, ya que no existe un control fuerte sobre su manera de ser: M12 es un cúmulo disperso, que ejerce muy poca influencia gravitatoria sobre las estrellas que lo componen. Pero a la vez, esto implica que varios de los talentos de Quirón (y tiene muchos) no se desarrollen por falta de presión y de disciplina.

     Aquí es donde el Sol, aunado a la fantástica y productiva galaxia espiral M100, proporciona su ayuda, incitando a la creatividad y motivando a concretar los proyectos. Y es que M100 posee uno de los diseños más espectaculares y bellos del universo conocido: es difícil no quedar motivado ante su hermosa presencia visual. Esta combinación es excelente también para acelerar la curación de enfermedades o estados anímicos que no han estado respondiendo adecuadamente en los últimos días. Se favorece pues la aplicación de terapias en general.

     Marte está en sextil a Ceres, en oposición a Omega Centauri. Esta tendencia revela la necesidad de autoafirmarse, incluso llevando la contra a lo que piensa la mayoría (simbolizada por Omega Centauri, el cúmulo más grande de la galaxia). Para quienes se conecten con esta frecuencia o se vean involucrados en ella, es importante mantener la propia dirección sin hacer caso de lo que piensen otros. De hecho, el que el sentido común y la generalidad se opongan a las propias convicciones es un indicador de que uno sigue el buen camino. De este modo, se podrán dirigir las energías hacia actividades productivas, sin restricciones obsoletas o rígidas que impidan su desarrollo. Esta tendencia es diametralmente opuesta a la de Mercurio/M59 mencionada más arriba, que se refiere más bien a expresar ideas de manera impositiva; ésta implica únicamente el buscar libertad para producir mejor. Políticamente, tiene que ver con las restricciones necesarias a la producción de maíz transgénico, relacionadas con la oposición Marte/Saturno, pero momentáneamente, Marte presionará para que se realicen.

March 1st: Mercury in parallel to Uranus and star cluster M2, in contra parallel to Pallas and Ceres, at 150° from Saturn and in opposition to galaxy M100. Mercury and Uranus are usually a good combination, as the agility of the first combines with the inventive of the second. The parallel with M2 represents an opportunity to open alternatives, to create new options outside the normal routine and patterns. M2 is a star cluster whose orbit around the galactic center goes well beyond the galactic equator. Therefore, it indicates as an option to leave the normal course of circumstances and engage in something different. The new options can be invigorating, creative, original, even if they involve necessary changes. In any case, this astrological combination is excellent for analyzing our daily life from a new perspective, so we can see details that usually go unnoticed. On the other hand, there lies the danger of having major distractions, so you better handle with care the mental abstraction. Don't lose your contact with material reality! The Ceres and Pallas contraparallel indicates the need to take care of daily details: repairs, maintenance, upgrades. Mercury opposes the galaxy M100 and is at 150 ° from Saturn, which will help to compensate for or repair damage, gaps and constraints caused in recent weeks by divergence of views (Saturn in opposition to the Guitar Nebula). The transit of Mercury in opposition to M100 represents balance, structure, equality, which can be restored in such situations with a little bit of flexibility, adaptation, and cooperation. Mars at 150° from Ceres emphasizes productive work, but also the tendency to be obsessed with details. While some aspects of our activities will require close attention, perfectionism will only bring tensions. But an energy properly applied and focused, with a sense of order and structure, will bring prosperity and the satisfaction of a job well done, with concrete achievements.

El paralelo con M2 representa una oportunidad de abrir alternativas, de crear nuevas opciones fuera de la rutina y de los patrones establecidos. M2 es un cúmulo estelar cuya órbita se aleja del ecuador galáctico y por lo tanto indica la opción de alejarse del curso normal de las circunstancias. Las nuevas opciones pueden ser revitalizantes, creativas, originales, aunque impliquen cambios necesarios. En todo caso, esta combinación es excelente para analizar nuestra cotidianeidad desde una nueva perspectiva, lo cual nos puede hacer ver detalles que normalmente pasan desapercibidos. Eso sí, hay un gran peligro de tener distracciones mayores, por lo que conviene manejar la abstracción mental con cuidado y sin perder el contacto con la realidad material. El contraparalelo a Palas y a Ceres indica la necesidad de hacerse cargo de detalles cotidianos: reparaciones, mantenimiento, mejoras. Mercurio se opone a la galaxia M100 y está a 150° de Saturno, lo que ayudará a compensar o reparar daños, separaciones e impedimentos causados en las semanas pasadas por divergencia de opiniones (Saturno en oposición a la Nebulosa de la Guitarra). El tránsito de Mercurio en oposición a M100 representa equilibrio, estructura, igualdad, que pueden reestablecerse en dichas situaciones con un poco de flexibilidad, adaptación, y voluntad. Marte a 150° de Ceres enfatiza el trabajo productivo, aunque también la tendencia a obsesionarse con detalles. When Mercury joins Vesta, it is an indicator of mental concentration, distractions must be avoided to prevent dispersion. The connection with the Rosette Nebula shows inspiration, creativity, inner visions, that would stay at an imaginary plane if Mercury and Vesta did not invite us to materialize them. Act now! The Sun in parallel AND square to Juno indicates a special strength in relationships today, so focus on activities carried out in pairs, as a team, or love/affection issues. If you connect with this frequency, individualistic attitudes won't work. We must respond appropriately to people with whom we have important links in love, friendship, work and family. However, the square shows  possible tensions and that will highlight over-dependency, to be modified. In that case, it is convenient to confront problems honestly and yet with gentleness and understanding. An open dialog will certainly bring solutions. If you prefer not to dwell into social issues, consider that Vesta is at 150° from Saturn and in opposition to galaxy M100. This trend represents a major commitment to work with perfectionist intentions. Obviously, exaggerations are not recommended, but the dedication to complete and refine plans and strategies will have good results. The galaxy M100, with its beautiful and symmetric design implies a great motivation: strive to materialize ideas and improve what already exists.

Cuando Mercurio se junta con Vesta, es un indicador de concentración mental; hay que evitar las distracciones para evitar la dispersión. La conexión con la Nebulosa Roseta muestra inspiración, creatividad, capacidad visionaria, que quedarían solamente en un plano imaginario si Mercurio y Vesta no nos invitaran a materializarlas. ¡Manos a la obra!  El Sol en paralelo y cuadratura a Juno indica una especial fuerza en las relaciones el día de hoy, por lo que hay que poner énfasis en las actividades que se realicen en pareja, en equipo. Si se conectan con esta frecuencia, las actitudes individualistas no funcionarán, y hay que responder adecuadamente a las personas con las que tenemos vínculos importantes en el afecto, la amistad, el trabajo y la familia.Sin embargo, la cuadratura muestra tensiones posibles, ya que sacará a la luz los comportamientos de excesiva dependencia, que deberán modificarse. September 22nd: The Sun in parallel to Uranus and conjunct galaxy M100 shows a tranformation impulse which is good for renovations, changes in routine, experiments and surprises. This combination with the galaxy M100 will also manifest as introspection and depth in relationships. M100 is a galaxy in which many supernovae have been detected, and hence the tendency to rapid change and deep vision, resulting in awakenings and insights. But the symmetrical, grand design of M100 suggests beauty, harmony, structure. Hence, renovations and a spontaneous attitude can bring greater harmony to our relationships and experiences. On the other hand, Jupiter at 150° form Venus and at 135° from Mercury involves adjustments and negotiations in which we must show flexibility. Still, a good organization and well-calculated strategies will give excellent results. Do not let things get out of proportion!

September 13th: Venus and the galaxy M100 bring solutions and an artistic tendency. The Sun, Vesta and the Tarantula Nebula stimulate concentration; Mercury and Jupiter, optimism.

September 13th: Venus is conjunct the galaxy M100 and at 150° from Neptune, then enters Libra. This has to do with the possibility of solving differences among people and today there might be important agreements taking place. This may involve adjusting scheduled commitments to the individual pace. This may imply changing dates, times, modifying the original plans, but in general to redo certain settings will work fine. We just need some flexibility so that organization flows easily. Venus conjunct M100 reveals a great day for artistic endeavours. M100 is a galaxy with a very beautiful and impressive symmetrical design. Also, with Venus passing through the equinox point, art tends to find a concrete structure in an aesthetic shape. In love, we can overcome differences with some will effort and having common alternative projects. The Sun at 135° from Vesta and the Tarantula Nebula represents concentration that results in productivity. This combination means the organizing effort that needs to be done in order to take full advantage of our resources. You may still have much to exploit and work with, so it's good to start doing now what is necessary.
