Sept. 26/27: Mars in parallel to galaxy M105 and square to Saturn and the Hercules Cluster (M13)
     The square between Mars and Saturn is an important astrological event, and while it only lasts about 3 days, can have a lasting effect. Both planets are at a 90° distance, as seen from Earth, only once a year and this combination is often associated with conflicts and frustrating situations, but also with organized strategies and energy breakthroughs. How can we use this trend instead of getting trapped in it?

     Mars is in parallel to the giant elliptical galaxy M105, located in the constellation Leo. This galaxy is surrounded by a halo composed of very old material, which was formed in the early universe, a "primary ring". This makes M105 represents ancient traditions and conservative attitudes. The transit of Mars is then related to traditions and customs, but also with aggressive, conservative ideologies from fundamentalists in religion and/or politics. At an individual level, it can represent the need to turn to our roots, family or cultural origins, and act on them. The Mars / M105 combination may also represent egocentric attitudes and demanding people: all giant galaxies attract much attention and are teasers by nature...

    Moreover, Saturn is still in ecliptic conjunction to M13, the Hercules Cluster, the Northern Hemisphere's largest star cluster whose meaning is related to economic and political power... M13 represents the Status Quo, common sense, what most people actually think. At 90° fro Mars, Saturn slows down the accelerated planet, and limits its ability to act. This means that those egocentric attitudes may encounter serious limitations, but also, unfortunately, that some good initiatives can be stopped by existing conventions...

    Anyway, it is an actual clash of trends in which we can be inadvertently included. To begin with, we must avoid impulsivity: M105 is traveling through space at the considerable speed of 752 kilometers per second... and Mars is generally the most impatient of planetary archetypes ... Clearly, the more accelerated and stressed we are, the more we will feel Saturn's brake imposed, through common sense, convention, the most popular opinions. An accelerated attitude can cause a crash, head-on into the wall ... whether it is made of ideas or bricks.

    So...as that Beatles' song says: "Dear Prudence..."

      It is therefore good to channel energies in an organized manner, combining personal initiatives with the available structures and  organization that our environment may offer. The Mars/Saturn square then would refer not to conflict, but to the effort to reconcile our plans with the reality around us. And it's worth it!

    Tranforming a conflictive situation into a constructive one can be viable if we attempt to do it consciously. Accepting the natural  limitations of the environment, our plans can probably be adapted and become functional despite an initial conflict. Channeling energy efficiently through the immediate viable structures can be an excellent formula for this next couple of days ...

Septiembre 26/27: Marte en paralelo a M105 y en cuadratura a Saturno y al Cúmulo de Hércules (M13)

     La cuadratura entre Marte y Saturno es un evento importante a nivel astrológico, y si bien es pasajero (dura 3 días), puede tener una manifestación perdurable. Ambos planetas se ponen a una distancia de 90°, vistos desde la Tierra, una vez al año y esta combinación suele relacionarse con situaciones conflictivas, frustrantes, pero también con una energía organizada y grandes avances. ¿Cómo saber utilizar esta tendencia?

     En esta ocasión, Marte se encuentra en paralelo a la galaxia gigante elíptica M105, que se encuentra en la constelación de Leo. Esta galaxia está rodeada de un halo compuesto de material muy antiguo, que se formó en el principio del universo, un "anillo primordial". Esto hace que M105 represente tradiciones antiguas y actitudes conservadoras. El tránsito de Marte significa actividades relacionadas con tradiciones o costumbres, a la vez que actitudes fundamentalistas agresivas, provenientes de ideologías conservadoras. En lo personal, puede significar la necesidad de voltear hacia nuestros orígenes familiares o culturales, y actuar en relación a ellos.  La combinación Marte/M105 puede representar también actitudes egocéntricas y demandantes: todas las galaxias gigantes llaman mucho la atención.

    Por otro lado, Saturno está todavía en conjunción eclíptica al Cúmulo de Hércules o M13, el cúmulo estelar más grande del hemisferio norte y cuyo significado tiene que ver con el poder económico... y político. M13 representa el Status Quo, el sentido común, lo que piensa la mayoría. Saturno frena a Marte al estar a 90° de éste y limita su capacidad de acción. Esto significa que las actitudes egocéntricas pueden encontrarse con serias limitaciones, pero a la vez algunas iniciativas buenas pueden frenarse por las convenciones existentes...

    Como sea, se trata de un choque de tendencias en el cual podemos quedar inmiscuidos sin darnos cuenta. Para empezar, es preciso evitar la impulsividad: M105 avanza por el espacio a la considerable velocidad de 752 kilómetros por segundo... y Marte es en general el más impaciente de los arquetipos planetarios... Mientras más acelerados y estresados estemos, más sentiremos el freno que impone Saturno, que simboliza el sentido común, la convención, lo que piensa la mayoría. Una actitud acelerada puede provocar un choque de frente contra la pared... ideológica o de ladrillo.

      Por ello es bueno canalizar la energía de una manera organizada, combinando las iniciativas personales con las estructuras y la organización viable que nos propone nuestro entorno. La cuadratura entonces se referirá no a un conflicto, sino al esfuerzo para compaginar nuestros planes con la realidad a nuestro alrededor. ¡Y vale la pena!

    Cambiar una manifestación conflictiva por una constructiva puede ser viable si lo hacemos con conciencia. Aceptando las limitaciones del entorno, los planes pueden adaptarse y volverse funcionales a pesar de un conflicto inicial. Canalizar la energía eficientemente adaptándola a la estructura viable inmediata puede ser una excelente fórmula para actuar en este par de días...

Saturn conjunct the Hercules Cluster and at 45° from Pluto reveals the dissolution of an oil-based economy and the opportunity to renew our abundance and our relationship with nature

      Any angular relationship between Saturn and Pluto is important astrologically speaking, as both heavenly bodies symbolize archetypes that are difficult to handle by nature, nothing pleasant per se: restriction, control, confrontations, transformations, profound changes... Of course, as with most astrological events, it is possible to find a for a positive outlet for these general trends if we know them in advance. And Saturn and Pluto, when put together in any aspect combination, should be paid close attention.

The last phase of the Saturn / Pluto cycle starts

       On June 20, 2015, a few hours from the Solstice, Saturn and Pluto are placeded at a distance of 45 °, called semisquare. This event initiates the last phase of a cycle that is currently closing and that began in 1982, when they were in ecliptic conjunction. The last planetary cycle phase, sometimes referred to as balsamic implies the dissolving of the points of reference of the last cycle and sowing the seeds of the next one. It is a time to gather experiences and reflect on them so they help to start the next cycle. Saturn and Pluto will start again their new cycle on January 12, 2020, when they are again in conjunction. This means that, in the balsamic phase, which lasts roughly from June 2015 until January 2020, is a time to reflect intensely about matters representing both planets. What do they symbolize? In order to not be prejudiced with astrological theories and repeat information abounds on the Internet, I think it is only necessary to observe the events that happened when the cycle started started. "In my beginning is my end," wrote T. S. Elliot, and now we are so near the end of this cycle Saturn / Pluto, it is possible to evaluate its effects, and evaualte the paradigms from which it started. In any case, it's what we have to do when 2020 arrives...

Major structural changes and economic events

     The exact conjunction of the two planets took place on November 7, 1982. Given the importance of this event, we would expect a lot of situations around this time that give us a clue. There is no disappointment, as there were many important events in the world within that month ... The most significant from an economic point of view, is that the excess of production led to falling oil prices. Pluto symbolizes everything under the ground, hence its association with coal and oil, to begin the cycle in 1982, they seemed to generate too much pollution. However, the explosion of a gas tank in Afghanistan kills 176 people on November 3rd. On the one hand, the excess production is regulated by Saturn, which represents restrictions. On the other hand, Pluto reveals the destructive power of this way of structuring our economy, along with the potential impact it may have (and has had) on the environment ...

     In other words, the oil crisis at the time questionedthe  overexploitation, while the explosion is an example of violence and destructiveness relying on this form of energy production. This serious question, which of course did not change the economic policies substantially  during the last three decades aded up that year to a recession in the United States, another indicator that the Saturn / Pluto relationship shaking the financial structures of our society, and it is clear that their interaction regulates  the market, balancing prices and generating crisis.

Political and financial balances

      This was about the oil, but it is noteworthy that around the month of November 1982 there were also many important events in this period in world politics. Above all, there were many changes of presidents: Yuri Andropov in the Soviet Union, Yasushiro Nakazone in Japan, Miguel de la Madrid in Mexico, Helmut Kohl in Germany, Paul Blya in Cameroon, Olof Palme in Sweden, for the second time. In Poland, the Solidarity opposition movement was declared illegal, and November 14, its leader, Lech Walesa, is released after 11 months in prison. In Israel, a month ago, there were huge protests demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Menachem Begin. In Lebanon, there is a civil war and the assassination of President-elect Bashir Gemayel. All this corresponds to the meaning of Saturn and Pluto in social terms, which translates into a profound structural change in governmenst. Just as it happened at the time ...
 
     Other events that also coincide with the conjunction of Saturn and Pluto in 1982 are, however, quite positive. In the market economy, the Dow Jones Industrial index reached a historic record on November 3, despite the depression, and the very day of the explosion in Afghanistan. Perhaps this simultaneity reflects the regulatory aspect of Saturn, showing an economic structure to expand by the optimism of the investors, but is also based on explosive elements. At that time, globalization was not as advanced as today, and in the same month of November 1982 leaders from around the world gathered seeking to expand free trade. Another important meaning of the Saturn-Pluto combination: the limits are modified, also in international trade. This means that during the coming years, by 2020, we need to think much about the effects of free trade and an oil-based economy, to rescue what has been useful and modify what has not worked or has proven to be destructive.

The emergence of benchmarks

      But that's not all: in 1982 there were also events that marked permanently the mass culture. Sony launches its first CD apparatus, and the first CD's are distributed among the public. Michael Jackson launches the album Thriller, the best-selling in history. Definitely, these events related to the conjunction of Saturn and Pluto reflect the emergence of prevailing cultural and economic patterns. In the case of the cycle that is closing, the whole duration of the trend is 38 years... Almost four decades over-exploiting oil based on the fantasy of unlimited gain and riches, without taking proper care of the consequences for the environment and people. Money goes first... to believe in this premise in 1982 might be the last chance to do it with some credibility in modern times. We might not be able to rely any more on the assumption this production mode is good for us. What's next?

Changing paradigms: reaching out 2020

     When viewing the chart of the next conjunction, on January 12, 2020, it is clear how the paradigm shifts towards cleaner and renewable sources of energy. Among these is clearly the predominant Solar. The Saturn-Pluto conjunction happens conjunct the Sun (hence the idea of ​​solar energy) and the asteroid Ceres, which represents the consciousness of nature. Indeed, it is noteworthy that in these moments Ceres, the minor planet, is being visited by the space probe DAWN, just as the New Horizons probe is about to reach Pluto. The fact that both spacecraft have a simultaneity in celestial bodies whose connotation is as important as natural resources and governs survival, is no accident. The likelihood of this simultaneity is minimal, and may not be repeated in an extremely long time, if at all...

     We are living crucial moments of transformation in the current socio-economic structure.

Ecological and sustainable orientation

      Thus, the fact that Ceres andthe Sun are in conjunction to Saturn and Pluto involves a new paradigm based on energy, environmental and solar conscious. This will also have an effect in other areas such as communication and trade, since Mercury is also involved... In fact, the combination of such a large number of planets within a few degrees of the zodiac is unusaual and it has a name. This is what is called in astrology a stellium, or conjunction of various celestial bodies, in this case five. And although this is yet to happen in five years, it is important to glimpse right now to know right where we are heading to. Today at least,  the final phase of the paradigm of economic growth based on oil begins.

     The entire cycle 1982-2020 has been plagued by pollution incidents, many of them terrible, and this regardless of the waste generated by the petrochemical and industrial production. Now, in 2015,as it enters its final phase, this process has to be evaluated by society at large. Both individually and collectively, we must push for economic conversion, because the interests of capitalism today continue to insist on the same system, that according to the Saturn/Pluto phase these next five years, will be increasingly questioned everywhere. As consumers, we have the responsibility to change our habits towards sustainable forms, or the planet itself (Ceres) will  force us to do so, at the risk of being eliminated as a civilization in a dramatic climate change...

Structures starting to break

     Now, in 2015, an aspect of 45 ° between Saturn and Pluto happens to initiate the phase of dissolution. This indicates a structure crumbles, the one that began in 1982. The rest is clear, it will go through a gradual dismantling until the year 2020, both on practical and theoretical issues. The events that will happen in the coming weeks, and some of the weeks before are related to this breakdown. In Mexico ,for instance, the layoff of hundreds of thousands of workers from PEMEX, the state-owned oil company, indicates the vulnerability of this structure to the corruption of international capital. In three decades, it's already rotten. All this is happening in the midst of a crisis caused by the collapse of oil prices. But the dismantling is not only of PEMEX, but of an obsolete system and probably will not have the long-term success sought by current buyers. At present, this sounds unreal, but in 1982 things appeared unreal and now they are part of our daily lives...CD's and pollution! And the rest.

     The semi-square between Saturn and Pluto then has a meaning of questioning, a crisis in social, political and financial structures based on oil production. Obviously, political shocks in various parts of the world are expected, which is not difficult to happen, as Pluto and Uranus have been in square for five years, shaking strongly  the roots of our civilization...

      Above al,l it is important to question the need for a lifestyle that is not sustainable. The commitments for a change in this direction are already a fact in several countries! There is much, perhaps too much to be done yet, but in five years, as we approach 2020, something can be done, so it is important to be aware now, questioning ourselves on how we contribute as consumers in favor or against ecology.

In the immediate personal level, how can we use this semi-square between Uranus and Pluto?

 

M13: the paradigms of abundance

     Saturn is conjunct the Hercules Cluster, or M13, the Northern Hemisphere's largest star cluster. M13 is the equivalent of an overcrowded city, and reveals the concept of abundance, and the myths that surround it. M13 transits once a day above the meridian of Las Vegas, in the United States, place in which the myth of money has taken institutional proportions. On the other hand, M13 also transits other economic centers' meridians such as Tokyo, Japan, or politically strong places like Tehran, Iran. President Barack Obama has M13 in the meridian of his natal chart sky, another indicator of power.

     As Saturn initiates the final phase of the "oil era" in conjunction with M13, it reveals a mechanism of economic regulation, most likely a crisis in which the excesses of oil capitalism are confronted with necessary limits, and big mistakes. The recent oil accidents are a small sample of it. But, at the individual level, in our personal lives, we must also have structural change. Each person will experience this in a different area, depending on the position of this semi-square in their own natal chart (Saturn is at 29 °  Scorpio). But most events will be related to the way in which our lives are connected to sustainability in an ecologically viable existence.

Transforming ineffective strategies

     Beyond oil, Saturn with the Hercules Cluster points to the way in which we take responsibility for our source of wealth, and the personal myths that we have deposited on them thereon. Probably we will have to change some of our beliefs about money ... and abundance, thus renewing our means of production. If we see signs of a big change these days or weeks to come ... look forward! Staying in the same framework can be counter productive, be part of the future, not the structures that are crumbilng...

      In short, we have five years to change course, which is very little time for such a large cyclce and taking into account the present state of our society and our planet. So, this semi-square between Saturn and Pluto, with the events that accompany it, is a sharp reminder of a paradigm shift that will affect us as a society and in our personal lives... Let's make a transition from the polluting and corrupt to the ecological and democratic.

 It is no longer a dream, but a necessity.

Saturno en conjunción al Cúmulo de Hércules y a 45° de Plutón revela la disolución de una economía basada en el petróleo y la oportunidad de renovar nuestra relación con la naturaleza y la abundancia

      Cualquier relación angular entre Saturno y Plutón es importante astrológicamente hablando, ya que ambos cuerpos celestes simbolizan arquetipos difíciles de manejar, o al menos, en principio, nada agradables per se: restricción, control, confrontaciones, transformaciones, cambios profundos... Por supuesto, como una gran parte de los eventos astrológicos, es posible canalizar por una vía positiva estas tendencias generales si las conocemos de antemano. Y las de Saturno y Plutón, cuando se juntan a distancias significativas en su ciclo, conviene prestarles mucha atención. 

Inicia la última fase del ciclo Saturno/Plutón

       El 20 de Junio del 2015, a unas cuantas horas del solsticio, Saturno y Plutón se sitúan a una distancia de 45°, denominada semicuadratura. Con este evento inicia la última fase de un ciclo que se está cerrando... Es la última fase de un ciclo que empezó en 1982, cuando estuvieron en conjunción eclíptica. La última fase de un ciclo planetario, a veces llamada balsámica , se refiere a cerrar un ciclo disolviendo el pasado y sembrando las semillas del siguiente ciclo. Es un período para recabar experiencias que servirán para iniciar el siguiente ciclo, que con Saturno y Plutón empezará de nuevo el 12 de Enero del 2020, cuando estén de nuevo en conjunción.     Esto quiere decir que, en la fase balsámica, que durará aproximadamente desde Junio 2015 hasta Enero del 2020, es un período para reflexionar intensamente acerca de los asuntos que representan ambos planetas. ¿Qué es lo que simbolizan? Para no prejuiciarnos con teorías astrológicas y repetir información que abunda en internet, creo que tan sólo es necesario observar los eventos que sucedieron cuando inició el ciclo. "En mi comienzo está mi fin", escribió T.S. Elliot, y ahora que estamos tan cerca del final de este ciclo Saturno/Plutón, es posible evaluar los efectos de éste, juzgando los paradigmas sobre los que empezó. En todo caso, es lo que nos toca hacer al respecto de aquí al 2020...

La conjunción: importantes cambios estructurales y eventos económicos    

     La conjunción exacta de ambos planetas tuvo lugar el 7 de Noviembre de 1982, pero, dada la importancia de este evento, es de esperarse que haya una gran cantidad de situaciones que nos den una pista. ¡Y vaya que hubo muchos sucesos importantes en el mundo en el lapso de ese mes... El más significativo, desde el punto de vista económico, es que el exceso de producción haya provocado la caída de los precios del petróleo. Plutón simboliza lo que está bajo la tierra, de ahí su asociación con el carbón y el petróleo que, al comenzar el ciclo en 1982, no parecían generar demasiada contaminación. Sin embargo, la explosión de un tanque de gasolina en Afganistán mata a 176 personas el 3 de Noviembre. Por un lado, los excesos de producción son regulados por Saturno, que simbolizaa restricciones. Por otro lado, se puntualiza el poder destructivo de esta manera de estructurar nuestra economía, junto con el impacto que puede tener (y ha tenido) en el medio ambiente...     

     En otras palabras, la crisis petrolera cuestiona en ese momento el exceso de explotación, mientras que la explosión es una muestra de la violencia y destructividad que implica depender de esta forma de energía. Este grave cuestionamiento, que por supuesto no modificó las políticas económicas sustancialmente, se suma a una recesión en Estados Unidos, otro indicador de que la relación Saturno / Plutón sacude las estructuras financieras de nuestra sociedad. Y queda claro que su ciclo exige un regulamiento del mercado, balanceando los precios y generando crisis.

Relevos políticos y balances financieros  

 Esto es en cuanto al petróleo. Pero es de notarse que en ese período, alrededor del mes de Noviembre 1982 hubo muchos eventos importantes en la política mundial. Sobre todo, hubo muchos cambios de presidentes: Yuri Andropov en la Unión Soviética, Yasushiro Nakazone en japón, Miguel de la Madrid en México, Helmut Kohl en Alemania, Paul Blya en Camerún, Olof Palme en Suecia, por segunda vez. En Polonia, el movimiento opositor Solidaridad es declarado ilegal, y el 14 de Noviembre, su líder, Lech Walesa, es liberado después de 11 meses de estar en prisión. En Israel, un mes antes, hay enormes protestas exigiendo la renuncia del primer Ministro Menachem Beguin. En Líbano, hay una guerra civil y el asesinato del presidente electo, Bachir Gemayel. Todo esto corresponde al significado de Saturno y Plutón también, que en términos sociales, se traduce en un profundo cambio de estructuras en los gobiernos. Tal cual sucedió en ese momento...  
  
     Otros eventos que también coinciden con la conjunción de Saturno y Plutón en 1982 son, por el contrario, bastante positivos. En la economía bursátil, el índice Dow Jones llega a un record histórico el 3 de Noviembre, a pesar de la depresión, y el mismo día de la explosión en Afganistán. Quizás esa simultaneidad refleje el aspecto regulatorio de Saturno, al mostrar una estructura económica expandiéndose, pero basada en elementos explosivos. En ese entonces, la globalización no estaba tan avanzada, pero en ese mismo mes de Noviembre de 1982 se reunieron líderes de todo el mundo para agilizar el libre comercio. Otro significado de la combinación Saturno-Plutón: los límites se transforman, también en el comercio internacional. O sea que en estos años próximos, antes del 2020, tendremos que reflexionar mucho acerca de los efectos del libre comercio y de una economía basada en el petróleo, para rescatar lo que ha sido útil y modificar lo que no ha funcionado.

El surgimiento de puntos de referencia  

      Pero eso no es todo: en 1982 también hubo eventos que marcaron la cultura de masas. Sony lanza al mercado su primer aparato de CD, y los primeros CD's son distribuidos entre el público. Michael Jackson lanza el álbum Thriller, el más vendido en la historia. Definitivamente, estos eventos relacionados con la conjunción de Saturno y Plutón reflejan la instauración de patrones culturales y económicos predominantes durante mucho tiempo. En el caso del ciclo que se está cerrando, la duración de la tendencia es de 38 años...

Cambio de paradigmas: hacia el 2020   

     Al ver la carta astral de la siguiente conjunción, el 12 de Enero del 2020, se ve claramente cómo el paradigma es la transformación hacia fuentes de energía limpias y renovables. Entre ellas, se ve claramente la Solar como predominante. La conjunción Saturno-Plutón sucederá acompañada del Sol (de ahí la idea de energía solar) y del asteroide Ceres, que representa la conciencia de la naturaleza. Por cierto, es de notarse que en estos momentos ceres, el planeta menor, está siendo visitado por la sonda espacial DAWN, justo cuando la New Horizons está a punto de llegar a Plutón. El hecho de que ambas sondas espaciales tengan una simultaneidad sobre cuerpos celestes cuya connotación es tan importante, pues rige los recursos naturales y la supervivencia, no es casualidad. La probabilidad de esa simultaneidad es ínfima, y quizá no se repita en mucho tiempo, si es que se vuelve a dar...    Vivimos momentos cruciales de transformación de la estructura socio-económica actual.

Una orientación ecológica y sustentable  

      Así, el hecho de que Ceres y el Sol estén en conjunción a Saturno y Plutón implica un nuevo paradigma energético, ecológico y solar. Y  tendrá efecto en otras áreas como la comunicación y el comercio, ya que Mercurio también está involucrado... En realidad, es lo que en astrología se denomina un stellium, o conjunción de varios cuerpos celestes, en este caso, cinco.     Y aunque esto todavía está por suceder en cinco años, es importante vislumbrarlo ahora para saber en donde estamos parados. Hoy al menos, inicia la última fase del paradigma de una expansión económica basada en el petróleo. El ciclo entero estuvo plagado de accidentes contaminantes, muchos de ellos terribles, y ello sin tomar en cuenta la basura generada por la petroquímica y la producción industrial. Ahora, en el 2015, entrando en su última fase este proceso tiene que ser evaluado por la sociedad en general, y tanto individual como colectivamente, es preciso presionar para una reconversión económica, pues los intereses del capitalismo actual seguirán insistiendo en el mismo sistema, que, conforme pasen estos cinco años, será cada vez más cuestionado por todos lados. Como consumidores, tenemos que cambiar nuestros hábitos hacia formas sustentables, o el planeta mismo (Ceres) nos obligará a ello, bajo el riesgo de ser eliminados como civilización en un cambio climático drástico...

Estructuras que se resquebrajan    

     Ahora, en el 2015, se da una relación de 45° entre Saturno y Plutón, que, al iniciar la última fase de su ciclo, indica una estructura que se resquebraja, la misma que comenzó en 1982. El resto, será un desmantelamiento gradual...hasta el año 2020, tanto en el plano práctico como el ideológico. Los eventos que sucedan en las próximas semanas, y algunos de los de las semanas anteriores, están relacionados con este resquebrajamiento. En México, el despido masivo de cientos de miles de trabajadores de PEMEX, la empresa paraestatal, indica la vulnerabilidad de esta estructura a la corrupción del capital internacional. Todo esto sucediendo en medio de una crisis provocada por el derrumbe de los precios del petróleo. Pero el desmantelamiento no es sólo de PEMEX, sino de un sistema obsoleto y que probablemente no tenga el éxito a largo plazo que buscan los compradores actuales. Ahora esto suena irreal, pero en 1982 surgieron cosas irreales que ahora forman parte de nuestra cotidianeidad.     

     La semicuadratura entre Saturno y Plutón tiene entonces un significado de cuestionamiento, de crisis en las estructuras sociales, políticas y financieras basadas en la producción petrolera. Obviamente, son de esperarse sacudidas políticas en varias partes del mundo, lo cual no es nada difícil que suceda, pues Plutón ha estado en cuadratura a Urano por cinco años, sacudiendo fuertemente las raíces de nuestra civilización...     

      Sobre todo, es importante cuestionar la necesidad de un modo de vida que no es sustentable. ¡Ya se empiezan a hacer compromisos para un cambio en este sentido, en varios países! Queda mucho, quizá demasiado por hacer, pero en cinco años, antes de llegar al 2020, algo se podrá hacer, por ello es importante tener conciencia ahora y cuestionarnos acerca de cómo contribuimos como consumidores a favor o en contra de la ecología.   

 Y en el plano personal e inmediato, ¿qué nos aporta esta semi-cuadratura entre Urano y Plutón?

M13: los paradigmas de abundancia   

Saturno se encuentra en conjunción al cúmulo de Hércules, o M13, la aglomeración estelar más grande del hemisferio norte. M13 es el equivalente a una ciudad sobrepoblada, y revela el concepto de abundancia, y los mitos que la rodean. M13 pasa una vez al día encima del meridiano de Las Vegas, en los Estados Unidos, lugar en el cual el mito del dinero ha tomado proporciones institucionales. Por otro lado, M13 transita diariamente por otros centros económicos como Tokyo, Japón, o políticos como Teherán, en Irán. El presidente Barack Obama tiene a M13 en el medio cielo de su carta natal, otro indicador de poder.     

     El que Saturno inicie la fase final de la "era petrolera" en conjunción a M13 revela un mecanismo de regulación económica,  muy probablemente una crisis en la medida en la que los excesos del capitalismo petrolero son confrontados con límites necesarios, y grandes fallos. Los accidentes petroleros recientes son una pequeña muestra de ello. Pero, en el plano individual, en nuestras vidas personales, también tenemos que tener un cambio estructural. Cada persona lo vivirá en un área diferente, dependiendo de la posición de esta semicuadratura en su carta natal (Saturno está a 29° del signo de Escorpio). Pero la mayoría están relacionados con la manera en la que nuestras vidas están conectadas con la sustentabilidad, en una existencia viable ecológicamente.

Transformar las estrategias inoperantes   

 Y más allá del petróleo, Saturno con el cúmulo de Hércules nos hará responsabilizarnos de nuestra fuente de abundancia, y de los mitos personales que hemos depositado sobre ella. Probablemente haya que cambiar algunas creencias respecto al dinero... a la abundancia, o renovar nuestros medios de producción. Si vemos las señales en estos días o semanas que vienen...¡adelante! Quedarse en el mismo esquema productivo puede resultar contraproducente.                                                                 *   
En suma: tenemos cinco años para cambiar de rumbo, lo cual es muy poco tiempo para un ciclo tan grande y para el estado de nuestra sociedad y de nuestro planeta. Así, esta semi-cuadratura entre Saturno y Plutón, con los eventos que la acompañan, es un recordatorio brusco de un cambio de paradigmas que nos afectará como sociedad y también en nuestras vidas personales... Pasar de lo contaminante y corrupto a lo ecológico y democrático.      Ya no se trata de un sueño, sino de una necesidad imperiosa.

November 21 /22: The Sun, Pluto, the Hercules Cluster and the Helix Nebula confront us with the use and abuse of power, and connect us with the necessary strength to transcend them with objectivity and balance

November 21 /22: The Sun conjunct the Hercules Cluster ( M13 ) represents a moment of power, since both celestial bodies have this connotation. The Sun, through its undisputed role as parent star of the solar system and its high energy level . M13, is the largest cluster in the northern hemisphere and is the richest in stars. If wealth means power, it is not surprising that this cluster passes over the zenith of cities like Las Vegas, Seoul, Aleppo, Nashville and Tokyo. In LasVegas, M13 passes directly overhead once a day, clearly indicating where the myth of material abundance and the worship of money is materialized. But the other cities are also centers of power from many points of view. The fact is that, at this date (21/ 22 November) each year, the Sun makes an ecliptic conjunction with this awesome globular cluster, indicating favorable days to generate wealth and make contact with people who can help through this process. In short. business meetings are especially favored and can give excellent results these days.

     On the other hand, this astrological mix symbolizes the power of society over the individual, and is a good time to measure where we are positioned in the wheel of economic and social power. It will be very clear what our position is before the conventions and social structures around us, whether we accept or reject them. Obviously, an adjustment is necessary, and we can implement important changes that will allow a switch in our position, if it applies... Internationally,  the Sun with M13 represents an abuse of power from authorities or other peopl,e that will be committed in a ruthless and cruel  manner, in various parts of the world (e.g., Aleppo! , but in many other places, too ). But not all is that bad  a positive Sun/M13 manifestation is the possibility of obtaining recognition from society ... Definitely, a day suitable for receiving prizes and for mass meetings (like M13's huge crowd of stars) ! Mass concerts can be fabulous...

     However, the issue of power continues on the 22/23, and probably until November 24. These days,  the Sun makes a powerful parallel to Pluto and the Helix Nebula. Pluto 's association with power is proverbial astrologically speaking , and symbolizes the psychological mechanisms behind manipulation. The Helix Nebula , located in the constellation Aquarius, is actuallya dying star that expels its atmosphere into space , forming a striking helix-shaped nebula. From Earth, we see it from one of its poles, indicating a trend of ideological extremism, which is also suggested by the high temperature of its central star. Further, a perpendicular shape to the main structure has been recently discovered, not visible in optical light images. This represents contradictions, which, combined with the power of the Sun and Pluto, seem to indicate clashes and fight, especially in international issues. Abuses commited by governments nd other people will continue without a  doubt. This parallel may also reflect  the incipient dismantling of the Fukushima nuclear plant, already in progress at this time. Pluto is associated, obviously, to plutonium and planetary nebulae like the Helix symbolize the dismantling due to the dissolution of the star´s mass in the interstellar medium ...Hopefully, this indicates a positive shift of the situation! Let's just hope that radiation will not expand as does the Helix Nebula ....

    Individually, we can resolve contradictions within ourselves or between people and transcend them, transform them into something more than a crude battle of egos and power plays. To accept and confront contradictions is the best way to transcend them and see that they are part of the same axis. To avoid fight, situations must be directed to a maximum of objectivity and a middle point, not to extremes. The other option is to have intense confrontations within ourselves or with others in the outside world. At least, in our own sphere of influence, we can choose. Psychologically , it is a great time to dig deep into the personal unconscious and regenerate problematic areas. This points to a deep cleansing of our mind and ideological system!  (Pluto rules elimination, so do planetary nebula). By the way, you can also do a deep cleansing of your body, with detox therapies, focusing mainly on elimination metabolism and purifying the kidneys, liver and intestines. Finally, some people will experience this in the domestic level, and is therefore a good time, until the weekend, to thoroughly clean the house, the office, the garden or the computer, and get rid of things that do not work.

Noviembre 21/22: El Sol, Plutón, el Cúmulo de Hércules y la Nebulosa de la Hélice nos confrontan con el uso y el abuso del poder, y nos conectan con la fuerza necesaria para trascenderlos llegando a un equilibrio objetivo

Noviembre 21/22: El Sol en conjunción al Cúmulo de Hércules (M13) representa un momento de poder, ya que ambos astros tienen esta connotación. El Sol, la tiene por su indiscutible papel como estrella madre del sistema solar y por su alto nivel energético. M13, por su parte, es el cúmulo más grande del hemisferio norte y es el más rico en estrellas. Si la abundancia significa poder, no es de extrañar que este cúmulo estelar pase por el zenit de ciudades como Las Vegas, Seúl, Aleppo, Nashville y Tokio. En LasVegas, M13 pasa directamente en el zenit una vez al día, marcando claramente dónde se ha materializado mejor el mito de la abundancia material. Pero las otras ciudades también son centros de poder desde muchos puntos de vista. El caso es que en estas fechas (21/22 de Noviembre), cada año, el Sol hace una conjunción eclíptica con este impresionante cúmulo globular, indicando días favorables para generar abundancia y tomar contacto con las personas que pueden ayudar a este proceso. En pocas palabras. las reuniones de negocios son especialmente favorecidas y  pueden dar excelentes resultados.

     Por otro lado, esta mezcla astrológica simboliza el poder de la sociedad sobre el individuo, y es un buen momento para medir en dónde estamos posicionados en la ruleta de poder económico y social. Nos quedará muy clara cuál es nuestra posición ante las convenciones y estructuras sociales que nos rodean, ya sea que las aceptemos o que las rechacemos. Es obvio que hay que hacer un ajuste necesario, y podemos dar virajes importantes que nos permitan modificar dicha posición si es preciso hacerlo... Internacionalmente, es claro que el Sol con M13 representa abusos de poder que seguirán cometiéndose, de manera despiadada y cruel,  en varias partes del mundo (por ejemplo: ¡Aleppo!, pero en muchos otros lugares más). Pero no todo es malo: una manifestación positiva de la combinación Sol/M13 es la posibilidad de obtener reconocimiento por parte de la sociedad... ¡Un día apto para condecoraciones y para brillantes reuniones de masas! Los conciertos masivos pueden resultar fabulosos...

     Sin embargo, el tema del poder continúa los días 22/23, y probablemente hasta el 24 de Noviembre. ya que posteriormente el Sol hace un potente paralelo con Plutón y la Nebulosa de la Hélice. La asociación de Plutón con el poder es proverbial astrológicamente hablando, y simboliza los mecanismos psicológicos detrás de la manipulación. La Nebulosa de la Hélice,situada en la constelación de Acuario, es una estrella agonizante que expele su atmósfera al espacio exterior, formando la llamativa nebulosa en forma de hélice. Desde la Tierra, la vemos desde uno de sus polos, indicando una tendencia al extremismo ideológico, sugerida también por la alta tempertura de su estrella central. Además, se ha descubierto recientemente una estructura perpendicular a la principal, no visible en las imágenes de luz óptica. Esto representa contradicciones, que mezcladas al poder del Sol y Plutón, pueden recrudecerse, sobre todo en el plano internacional. Los abusos por parte de los gobiernos continuarán, sin duda alguna. Este paralelo también puede reflejar el desmantelamiento incipiente de la central atómica de Fukushima, ya en curso en este momento, pues Plutón está asociado, obviamente, al plutonio y las nebulosas planetarias como la de la Hélice simbolizan una desestructuración, debido a la disolución de la estrella en el medio interestelar...¡Ojalá indique un viraje positivo de la situación! Y que la radiación no se expanda como lo hace la Nebulosa de la Hélice....

    En lo individual, podemos resolver contradicciones propias o entre la gente y trascenderlas, transformarlas en algo  superior a una burda lucha de egos o juegos de poder. El aceptar las contradicciones y confrontarlas es el mejor camino para trascenderlas y ver que son parte de un mismo eje. Para evitar la lucha, hay que dirigir las situaciones hacia un máximo de objetividad y a un justo medio, no a los extremos. La otra opción es tener confrontaciones intensas, dentro de nosotros mismos o con otros en el mundo exterior. Al menos en nuestro campo de acción, podemos elegir. Psicológicamente, es un excelente momento para indagar profundamente en el inconsciente personal y regenerar las áreas que nos crean problemas. ¡Esto representa una limpieza profunda de nuestra mente y sistema ideológico! Por cierto, también se puede hacer una limpieza profunda a nivel corporal, con terapias de desintoxicación/eliminación, centrándose sobre todo en depurar los riñones, el higado y los intestinos. Finalmente, a algunos la tenencia les llegará por el ámbito doméstico, y es pues un buen período, hasta el fin de semana, para limpiar a fondo la casa, la oficina, el jardín o la computadora y deshacernos de cosas que no sirven.

May 14/15: Venus, Saturn and galaxy M64 achieve cooperation among opposing trends, overcoming communication problems; Mercury, Ceres and the Hercules Cluster (M13) briefly enhance productivity

May 14/15: Venus is 150° from Saturn, and parallel to the Black Eye Galaxy (M64). This combination may represent communication problems that are overcome through diplomacy. Of course, Venus adds the willingness to dialogue, as she has to deal with the communication obstacles represented by Saturn. The solution seems to be suggested by   M64, known as the "Black Eye Galaxy" by its appearance. The fact is that M64 has a core that rotates in the opposite direction to the outer part of the galaxy. This is thought to be the effect of a collision with a neighboring galaxy and its subsequent absorption by the M64. That galaxy is thought to have had a lot of dark dust, which is now part of M64. The Black Eye Galaxy thus means impediments, represented by the thick cloud of dust that gives it its distinctive appearance, reinforcing the idea of difficulties indicated by Saturn. M64 suggests that it is advisable to integrate with other peope's realities even though they might be different from ours, even going "in the opposite direction" to our personal view (like M64's nucleus). At times, tolerance and patience accomplish more than insistence, and today it seems to be  one of those days. Cooperation is achieved with an effort of diplomacy ... while still being yourself.

     Saturn is parallel to the Saturn Nebula, still in a close conjunction with galaxy Centarus A. Do not confuse the nebula with the planet! The Saturn Nebula is a dying star that expels its outer layers into the surrounding space. In low-range telescopes, its appearance may resemble that of Saturn with its rings, but the images obtained by powerful telescopes show its moribund condition as a planetary nebula, its technical name. The fact is that the Saturn Nebula has, like any other planetary nebulae, has a very hot star inside, which symbolizes the higher mind. Many of the impediments indicated by Saturn, come from philosophical or ideological clashes, or from incompatibilities with other people. Most can be fixed or find an advancement with the transit of Venus, who is having a hard work on this day: Saturn is conjunct Centaurus A, a galaxy that can represent communication problems, that if taken care upon, can lead to significant breakthroughs. So... let's just apply Venusian diplomacy!

      Mercury  passes quickly at  45° from Ceres, and in opposition to the Hercules Cluster (M13). This indicates a brief but effective moment, for enhancing productivity. The semi-square (45 °) means an organized and well directed energy, while Ceres represents prosperity, and the Hercules Cluster is the richest in stars in the northern hemisphere of the celestial sphere. Hence, good opportunities to do business or to increase productivity will arise, in everyday issues as well as major projects. Do not let it pass just ike that! Energy needs to be directed in an organized way these two following days... Soon after, Mercury enters Gemini and conjuncts the Pleiades (M45), and therefore will be quite concentrated on mental or abstract, rather than material, objectives. This will start from May 15 on. So do not let pass the opportunity to produce before!

      The Sun in quintile with Chiron, quincunx Pandora and contra parallel to M23, indicates a good time to treat respiratory diseases, or ailments located in the throat area, particularly related to mental or emotional expression. The combination Sun / Chiron suggests changes in health, while M23, an old star cluster, symbolizes chronic diseases, whose origin dates back years in time. M23 is in the constellation Sagittarius and most of its stars are of type A, suggesting an expressive trend which can cause disease if it is not properly channeled. The combination of the Sun, Chiron and M23 suggests the possibility for progress in these areas discovering or investigating new aspects surrounding the disease, and it can also bring revelations and important insights on the case. By allowing expression,  both the causes and remedies of the disease may come to light. But the important thing is to be able to express...

     Finally, asteroid Demeter makes an ecliptic conjunction to the Guitar Nebula and a parallel to Venus, suggesting the theme of separation with love. Not all separations need to be drastic or to be motivated by rejection.  The Demeter archetype represents the essential maternal energy and the Guitar Nebula is an asymmetric supernova explosion, in which the pulsar is separated from the original explosion cloud . Hence the idea of separation, but also speed: it is possible to quickly resolve issues related to distant people, pending payments, investments and other matters of daily life. If there are necessary separations, they may be done in a smooth, harmonious way, gently releasing attachments. But the ideal way for this trend to manifest is to produce reconciliations or meetings between people who had been apart either physically or mentally.

September 11/12: Juno, the North Lunar Node and the Hercules Cluster encourage associations with abundance and power games; Venus, Pallas and M71 attract prosperity and relaxation

September 11/12: Juno conjunct the Moon's North Node and the Hercules Cluster (M13). This combination is excelent for doing good business, so it is a favorable time to bring people to work together on projects. The Hercules cluster is the most abundant in stars in the northern hemisphere, representing precisely abundance. Juno is the asteroid of relations and agreements, hence social contacts, love, friendship, family, and partnerships can benefit greatly from this cooperative trend. But there are not only significant advances in business: this trend will define who truly gives us the abundance we need. If exchanges are unfair, then the combination Juno/M13 represents power games and manipulation which we need to avoid. For under this trend, true power comes not from dominating others, but through am authentic and solid communion.

     Venus trines Pallas and is in opposition to star cluster M71... This reflects a tendency to make plans in harmony with others. It suggests positive exchanges, good sales and the ability to attract money, but also to let it go as easily. It is recommended to control spending.  M71 is a high value because of its metallicity, yet is quite disperse, so it tends to disperse the gains. Anyway, this trend also favors artistic creativity in a relaxed, harmonious atmosphere, and the ability to give and receive beauty in our immediate environment. Venus combined with M71 represents a trend that invites to a relaxing break, so it can make arduous tasks appear more difficult.

September 6/7: Stellar cluster M69 and Pluto substantially change our priorities, while Jupiter and the Witch Head Nebula bring revelations, as revitalizing as uncomfortable. Mercury, Saturn and the Pencil Nebula put structure and pressure on the mind, while the Lunar Nodes aligned with the Hercules Cluster and the Pleiades revive the confrontation between the people and their governments around the world

September 6/7: Pluto is conjunct star cluster M69, at 60° from Chiron. This trend is active during the months of September and October 2012, and refers to regular changes in priorities or the personal value system. The issues that had not mattered much before, now come to the foreground, and vice versa. Some relationships, situations, projects or objects from the past may be restored and, while others have completed their function by now and do not have the value they had before. This process is slow and may involve significant changes, so you have to take it seriously and with calmness, as it is a prolonged transit, that requires time to develop. Cluster M69 represents an increased value of things because of its high metallicity. This process, in contact with Chiron, also involves investing energy in relationships, potentials, talents or interests to which we have devoted little or no time (because of our work, routine, circumstances, etc), but they are a substantial part of our lives. Do not let them remain in a latent state! It is time to bring them out for the benefit of all.

     Jupiter conjunct the Witch Head Nebula, at 45° from Venus and at 144° from Mars and giant stellar cluster Omega Centauri. The Witch Head Nebula is characterized by its introspective and revealing tendency. The transits of the planets and asteroids by its ecliptic longitude indicate interesting insights and psychoanalytic processes, within or without therapy. The transit of Jupiter through this nebula illuminates the background atmosphere of this week with important realizations and discoveries that come from research, whether personal or academic. Anyway, what we find in this process of introspection will be valuable to our progress or that of humanity. However, the biquintile (144°) to Mars and Omega Centauri indicates that such realizations may go against what the established social standard says. This suggests more adjustments, like those of the previous trend (Plutón/M69) but with a shorter duration. Internationally,  it indicates unpopular policies whose hidden motivations are brought to light, causing discomfort, controversy, and, of course, more changes.

     Mercury conjunct the Pencil Nebula and at 45° from Saturn is a trend that brings structure and order to the mind as well as to our practical work in everyday life. The Pencil Nebula is a cloud that is being compressed by a supernova wind, representing a strong external pressure. It's good to comply with the responsibilities and duties, but the trend, which is semisquare (45°) Saturn, can exaggerate the demands and discipline. This can lead to stress and depression, or to a negative interpretation of things, indicating also news and information blockages or negative interpretations in the social and political arena. Ideally, it is best to use this tendency to give a substantial structure to our activities, but without causing frustration or unnecessary stress. Control your mind and your words! (but not too much).

    The axis of the Lunar Nodes is aligned with the Hercules Cluster (M13) and the Pleiades cluster (M45). This revives the trend indicated by the Annular solar eclipse of May 20, 2012, enhancing the opposition between the masses and the governments. The Pleiades are relatively young stars rotating at high speed, and thus represent new trends in the world that push for changes in society. Moreover, the Hercules Cluster represents the power of money, as it is the most abundant in stars of the northern hemisphere.        This trend will last approximately until September 14th, and although globally it emphasizes a clash between the people and the power of corporations and governments, it can be used at a personal level to pick up fresh ideas that we've had in the past and can be applied in the present. Financially, it's a good time to save and make investments or major purchases, gather resources, make collects, charities, or to do really good business with your work team.

September 5/6: Uranus, Pallas and the Draco Spindle Galaxy help overcome obstacles; Mercury, Mars, and galaxies M95, M98 energize the mind, while Venus and galaxies M81, M82 fertilize exchange and boost productivity

September 5/6: Uranus conjunct Pallas, both in ecliptic opposition to the Spindle Galaxy in the constellation Draco. Uranus slowly separates from an opposition to the Antennae Galaxies to form another  with the Draco Spindle. The Spindle Galaxy is characterized by great difficulties and limitations, within which it is possible to develop some creativity. But the opposition of Uranus represents the opportunity to transcend barriers, even if they are great. The Spindle also implies restrictions in the sense of control, either at a personal or political and social level, but with Uranus in opposition these limitations can hardly resist change.

     But, if any violent manifestation happens, it might develop into a fierce struggle. So it is better to use this important astrological combination, which will last almost the entire month of September 2012, to focus on the renovation of certain aspects of our reality that have caused chronic difficulties or represent barriers that have not yet been overcome. And this week, the Uranus/Palas conjunction will help tremendously to work in a strategic and planned way with that purpose. There might be great ideas and creations! And of course, this will favor the renewal movements throughout the world.

     Mercury conjunct the galaxy M95, in sextile to Mars, which is contra parallel to galaxy M98. This combination refers to the power of words, of thought, of information. This certainly facilitates the exchange of information and emphasizes the need to assert one's own thinking. It is a very favorable atmosphere for advertising, propaganda, political activism, to increase activity in the transportation industry and the media, for example in companies that offer such services, and to make our daily work or home routine. It's a good time to study, write, teach, think, research, communicate, exercise, travel, and do many different things in record time ...

     However, it is likely that we'll find strong resistance to our initiatives from others or the environment, so it is advisable to be patient and not cause unnecessary confrontations, unless we want to take protests and complaints to their fullest. The ideal is to channel this trend seeking to have a lot of activity in which the mind can be occupied productively, and so the results will be excellent. The galaxy M95 is highly creative, and the passage of Mercury represents an outlet for that creative mind. And M98 is a galaxy that goes against the flow, it opposes what most people think... Hence, combined with Mars, which is pretty stubborn, it suggests provocations, discussions that can, of course, be avoided if one is consciously alert. Drive your car carefully!

     Venus is conjunct galaxies M81, M82 and trine the Moon's North Node and the Hercules Cluster (M13). The transit of Venus in ecliptic conjunction by this pair of galaxies shows a strong impact of social contacts or artistic events over some (many) people. This impact can be very intense, but short-lived, and result in a huge motivation as much as in disturbing situations. It is therefore necessary to check that  contacts, whether they are social, love, friendly, family or casual, imply a fairness, avoiding unwanted influences while also measuring one's influence on others so we do not disturb them.

     If handled well, this trend may indicate fertile and enriching exchanges instead of interruptions and distractions caused by external factors (or ourselves). Financially, it represents mergers, the union of companies, and meetings in major corporations and institutions. The North Node is conjunct the Hercules Cluster, representing the power of money... At an individual level, this indicates the possibility of losses due to competition (with which you must be careful) and on the other hand, a huge creativity and enhanced production if we react dynamically to the motivation of favorable people and suitable environments. May 20th: An annular solar eclipse conjunct the Pleiades cluster (M45) shows a season full of idealism, new trends, altruistic actions and a struggle between global population and the status quo

May 20th: Annular Solar Eclipse conjunct the Pleiades cluster (M45). This is an event that has attracted much public attention, as this star cluster is one of the best known worldwide since ancient times. This is because it can be observed with the naked eye. A solar eclipse is the beginning of a six-month cycle, the approximate duration of its effect, which ends when the following eclipse takes place. At the beginning of each cycle, lies the seed that will develop during the course of its various stages. It is therefore important to know the position of each eclipse, so we can know the celestial bodies to which it is associated. They indicate the basic themes of the season, which we will process during the next six months in different contexts in ouir individual and collective lives.


New trends, idealism, intuitive mind

     The annular eclipse happens in ecliptic conjunction to the Pleiades cluster, which indicates a strong stimulus to the mental qualities of everyone, with a special tendency to accelerate insights, combining rationality with intuition. The Pleiades custer contains a young energy, which is enthusiastic, motivating, good for research and the development of new projects and ideas. This means that in the next six months we will have a cosmic accelerator  which will strongly stimulate our mental functioning.       However, old projects will not be as favored by M45's stars, who are just in its infancy ... Internationally, traditions will tend to be updated and people everywhere will be eager to see something new happening. Society as a whole will support emerging trends. The lack of vision or awareness of many governments will certainly tarnish the process, but if allowed to flow properly it may coincide with major positive renovations in many countries. In others, the disappointment of the public in relation to the governments' response will produce discomfort and in some cases chaos or violence.

     The idealism fostered by the Pleiades will be evident in the strength of ideas during the next six months, both personally and collectively. It is a time of great idealism, but it also carries a risk of radicalization. While the Pleiades accelerate the process of History (we will see more happening this semester than in previous years), they do not represent an extremist tendency compared to other celestial bodies, more intense at a cosmic scale. But this emphasis on ideas indicates a tendency to fanaticism and exacerbation of ideals, which can go to extremes and excesses. This is because of the introspective and revealing the quality of the Pleiades, who like to see beyond the surface. This implies that people in general will see clearly the reasons behind the superficial appearances. To mislead the public will be terribly difficult in the six months to come, no matter where you are located in our (still) green planet ...

Connections of the eclipse with Pallas, Neptune: altruism and communication strategies

    Anyway, this eclipse has enough enthusiasm to fuel our dreams, use it to investigate and find answers beyond the surface. Let's analyze the relations of the eclipse with other planets: this can give us an idea of the pleiadian enthusiasm and where to direct it. The eclipse occurs at 60° of the asteroid Pallas, which represents support for new strategies. Individually, we must organize properly and our new action plans will work on their own.

     Collectively, the civil society will tend to be more and more strategic in its attempts to have supremacy over governments. What are these strategies? Pallas is in opposition to the galaxy M84, which represents an enormous power of communication and dissemination. The asteroid of strategies is also parallel to the Rosette Nebula, denoting a great inspiration and thus a great motivation. Social participation, through modern media and social networks will cause a huge, inspiring impact on the direction taken by events.

                                                                 

     The eclipse also happens at 90° or square Neptune in Pisces, which means two things: first, the need to clarify a logical confusion. At the individual level, we can organize our efforts to address neglected, forgotten, confused or needy areas of our lives. Internationally, the Neptunian confusion can be caused by the mechanisms of publicity and media, which are normally associated with government power or force, and thus often cause confusion or distort the truth. It also refers to using the Pleiadian motivation to structure a logical strategy of aid to marginalized, victimized or tyrannized beings in the world: children, animals, women, homosexuals, indigenous people, citizens or whoever. The idea is that Neptune squaring the Pleiadian eclipse represents the effort needed to make possible the assistance to these sectors of our world, which need to be included as a priority within the new policies. Altruistic actions are therefore a central issue in the next semester ...

Opposition to Juno: resistance to change and balance in relationships

     The eclipse also makes an opposition to asteroid Juno, located at 29° of Scorpio and conjunct the Hercules Cluster (M13). Personally, this opposition signifies a renewal of the bases of many relationships. Some couples may find themselves going through critical moments, others increase their participation and enthusiasm. But ideally, despite some resistance, we should let the eclipse implement necessary renovations in order to balance new projects with routines that no longer work, especially in the economic or material plane. The eclipse will certainly promote a better balance within the context of relationships, in terms of rights and duties of each member. So, after six months many marriages and couples will be able to enjoy a refreshing and positive direction. Others will split as a cure! And many individuals will adjust their parameters of what they need from a partner, or their relationships in general.

     Things can be more radical in the international arena. On one side, we have new energy, enthusiastic and idealistic, coming from the Pleiades. On the other hand, we have Juno, asteroid of partnerships, in conjunction with M13, the Hercules Cluster, which represents an enormous wealth, capital accumulation, since it is the largest and more abundant star in the northern hemisphere. Obviously this reflects a big confrontation  between world population and the capitalist status quo, which will strongly resist vanguardist policies to defend itself against the attacks it will certainly receive. Juno and M13 represent the association of powerful corporations, companies and institutions on the planet, who will try to resist the new trends that people demand, indicated by the Pleiades in opposition. It is likely therefore that in these six months we will witness new legal battles over the handling of information on the Internet. Much of the Pleiadian eclipse energy will be directed to this, and it will be well invested...

Mayo 20: Eclipse Solar Anular en conjunción al cúmulo de las Pléyades (M45). Este es un evento que ha llamado mucho la atención del público, ya que este cúmulo estelar es uno de los más conocidos en todo el mundo desde la antigüedad. Esto se debe a que puede observarse a simple vista. Un eclipse solar es el inicio de un ciclo de seis meses, el tiempo aproximado de vigencia de su efecto, que termina cuando sucede el siguiente. En el comienzo de cada ciclo, está la semilla que se desarrollará durante el transcurso de sus diferentes etapas. Por ello, es importante conocer la posición de cada eclipse, pues los cuerpos celestes a los cuales está asociado indican el tema básico de éste, mismo que estaremos procesando durante los próximos seis meses en diferentes contextos personalizados.

Estímulo a lo nuevo, a la mente y al idealismo

     El eclipse anular alineado en conjunción eclíptica a las Pléyades indica un fuerte estímulo a las cualidades mentales de todos, con una tendencia especial a acelerar la introspección, combinando la racionalidad con la intuición. Las Pléyades contienen una energía joven, entusiasta, motivadora, propia para la investigación y el desarrollo de nuevos proyectos e ideas.      Eso sí, los proyectos antiguos no serán tan favorecidos por el interés de estas estrellas que apenas están en su infancia... En el plano internacional, las tradiciones tenderán a ser renovadas y la gente, en todos lados, estará deseosa de ver algo nuevo sucediendo y de que en la sociedad se le de apoyo a tendencias incipíentes. La falta de visión o de conciencia al respecto de muchos gobiernos empañará el proceso, pero si se le permite fluir adecuadamente puede coincidir con grandes renovaciones positivas en muchos países. En otros, la decepción del público hacia la respuesta del gobierno producirá malestar y en algunos casos caos o violencia.

     El idealismo fomentado por las Pléyades será patente en la fuerza que tiene la manifestación de las ideas, tanto a nivel personal como colectivo. Es un tiempo de gran idealismo, pero también esto conlleva un peligro de radicalización. Si bien las Pléyades aceleran el proceso de la Historia (veremos pasar más en este semestre que en años anteriores) no son una tendencia extremista comparada a otros cuerpos celestes más intensos en la escala cósmica. Pero su énfasis en las ideas indica una tendencia al fanatismo y a la exacerbación de los ideales, lo que puede hacer llegar a extremos y excesos. Sobre todo, porque la cualidad introspectiva y reveladora de las Pléyades va más allá de la superficie, lo que implica que la gente en general verá las razones detrás de las apariencias. Engañar al público será terriblemente difícil en los seis meses que vienen, no importa en dónde estén situados en nuestro (todavía) verde planeta...

Relaciones del eclipse con Palas, Neptuno: altruismo y estrategias de comunicación

    Como sea, este eclipse tiene suficiente entusiasmo para impulsar nuestros sueños, llevarnos a investigar y encontrar respuestas más allá de la superficie. Veamos las relaciones del eclipse con otros planetas, lo que nos puede dar una idea de hacia dódne dirigir el entusiasmo pleyadiano. El eclipse sucede a 60° del asteroide Palas, lo que representa apoyo para realizar estrategias nuevas. En lo individual, hay que organizarse adecuadamente y nuestros nuevos planes de acción funcionarán por sí solos.

     En lo colectivo, la sociedad civil tenderá a ser cada vez más y más estratégica en sus intentos por tener la supremacía por encima de los gobiernos. ¿En qué consisten estas estrategias? Palas está en oposicion a la galaxia M84, que representa un enorme poder de comunicación y difusión. El asteroide de las estrategias también está en paralelo a la Nebulosa Roseta que denota una gran inspiración y por lo tanto, una gran motivación. La participación social, a través de los medios de comunicación modernos y las redes sociales, causará un enorme impacto en la dirección que tomen los eventos.

                                                                   

     El eclipse sucede en cuadratura a Neptuno en Piscis, lo que implica dos cosas: la necesidad de aclarar de manera lógica la confusión. Esto puede ser en el plano individual, en el cual tendremos que ordenar nuestras iniciativas para atender áreas descuidadas, olvidadas, en necesidad o confusas. En el plano internacional, la confusión neptuniana puede ser causada por los mecanismos de publicidad y los medios de comunicación, que, normalmente asociados al poder o gobierno vigente, suelen causar confusión o distorsionar la verdad. También se refiere a usar la motivación pleyadiana para estructurar una ayuda lógica a los sectores marginados, sometidos o victimizados del planeta: niños, animales, mujeres, homosexuales, indígenas, ciudadanos, o quien sea. La idea es que la cuadratura del eclipse pleyadiano a Neptuno representa el esfuerzo necesario para hacer viable la ayuda a estos sectores e incluirlos dentro de las nuevas políticas. Las acciones altruistas son pues un tema básico en el semestre que viene...

La oposición a Juno: resistencia al cambio y equilibrio en las relaciones

     El eclipse hace también una oposición al asteroide Juno, que se encuentra en 29° de Escorpio y en conjunción al cúmulo de Hércules. En lo personal, esta oposición significa una renovación de  las bases de muchas relaciones. Algunas parejas pueden pasar por momentos críticos, otras aumentar su participación y entusiasmo. Pero lo ideal es, a pesar de algunas resistencias, dejar que el eclipse produzca renovaciones necesarias para liberarse de cargas y rutinas que ya no funcionan, especialmente en el plano económico o material. El eclipse llevará sin duda a buscar un equilibrio más justo dentro del contexto de la relación, en cuanto a las deberes y derechos de cada quien. Así, al cabo de seis meses muchos matrimonios y parejas podrán tomar una dirección renovadora y positiva. Y muchos individuos cambiarán sus parámetros de lo que necesitan de una pareja, o de sus relaciones cercanas en general.

     Las cosas pueden ser más radicales en el plano internacional. Por un lado, tenemos la energía nueva, entusiasta e idealista de las Pléyades. Por el otro, tenemos a Juno, el asteroide de las alianzas, en conjunción a M13, el cúmulo de Hércules, que representa una enorme riqueza, la acumulación de capital, ya que es el cúmulo más grande y abundante en estrellas del hemisferio norte. Es obvio que esto representa un efrentamiento entre la población mundial y el status quo capitalista, que va a juntar filas para defenderse de los ataques que recibirá. Juno y M13 representan la asociación de las corporaciones poderosas en el planeta, que tratarán de oponerse a las tendencias nuevas que la gente demanda indicadas por las Pléyades, situadas en oposición. Es muy probable pues que en estos seis meses veamos nuevas batallas legales sobre la manipulación de la información en internet. Gran parte de la energía del eclipse pleyadiano estará dirigida a ello, y estará bien invertida...

Enero 28: varias combinaciones entre planetas, asteroides, galaxias, supernovas y cúmulos estelares indican diferentes experiencias en distintos niveles: trabajos altamente energéticos, mejoras armónicas, importantes reconciliaciones, liberación de la mente. Escojan con cuáles conectarse según sus actividades...

Enero 28 - Para los amantes de la adrenalina: Marte está a 135° del Sol, de la Supernova 1987A, en un contraparalelo a Ceres y al cúmulo estelar M11. Esta combinación astrológica indica un ambiente altamente energético, que fácilmente puede salirse del control y causar daños por impulsividad o agresividad. o ideal es tener un plan de acción definido, una meta a alcanzar y dirigir la energía de manera constructiva en esa dirección. El empuje es lo suficientemente fuerte como para hacer avanzar nuestra prosperidad, activando la abundancia disponible y fertilizando nuestro entorno para futuros proyectos, lo que es indicado por Ceres y el prolífico y rico cúmulo estelar M11. La Supernova 1987A es una explosión estelar muy joven, y representa un gigantesco dínamo que puede tanto ser el motor para grandes realizaciones como un indicador de eventos destructivos. ¡Canalicen bien su dinamismo! Afortunadamente, al mismo tiempo, Júpiter se sitúa a 45° de Venus y de Vesta, lo cual indica que puede haber paz y tranquilidad si elegimos conectarnos con una frecuencia más tranquila internamente y menos ambiciosa hacia el exterior. De todos modos, es importante tener objetivos concretos a realizar en nuestro entorno inmediato, como ordenar la casa, limpiar la oficina, o cualquier acción que represente una mejora. Y por supuesto, esto favorece el trabajo administrativo y en todo tipo de arte. Juno, el asteroide de las relaciones por excelencia,  está en conjunción al cúmulo de Hércules (M13) y en cuadratura a Neptuno y al cúmulo estelar M15. Esta combinación es dramática, intensa, y parece describir situaciones en las que se trata de hacer pactar y armonizar a personas con puntos de vista diferentes, en conflicto. Por supuesto que se trata de una labor titánica, pero el poder de la unión y la armonía de Juno aumenta gracias a su conjunción con el cúmulo de Hércules, que es el más grande y más rico en estrellas del hemisferio norte. Esto es sin duda una gran ayuda para la situación representada por Neptuno, que indica una gran desorganización, una convivencia con un alto grado de indiferencia y competencia, y atmósferas de discordia y separación. A través de un gran esfuerzo, es posible superar diferencias y juntar voluntades para objetivos comunes y de beneficio para todos. Por ello, es recomendable cooperar y dialogar para solucionar problemas y tener grandes logros en la pareja, el amor, la amistad, los negocios... Eso sí, algunas parejas pueden confrontarse, y, llevadas por la frustración, terminarán separándose. Sólo resistirán las uniones donde el vínculo verdadero y profundo sea superior a las diferencias superficiales. Y hablando de otros temas, Mercurio se sitúa en contraparalelo a la Galaxia del Ojo Negro(M64), a 60° de Urano, a 90° de Júpiter, a 45° de Vesta. Es un día de mucha actividad cotidiana para el planeta de la comunicación. Entre sus actividades destaca el contraparalelo con M64, una galaxia que representa problemas para similar ideas diferentes. Pero Mercurio se encargará de que revaloremos incluso ideas que consideramos ajenas a nuestra realidad. Es un excelente día para abrir nuevas opciones en nuestra cabeza, de pensar libremente y no tomando como punto de referencia los pensamientos de otros o ideologías estructuradas. Liberar a la mente de la programación habitual resultará no sólo agradable, sino bastante útil para mantenerse alerta y en contacto con la realidad como es, sin filtros. January 26th: Juno in parallel to Vesta, conjunct the Hercules Cluster (M13) and at 30° from Saturn. This shows a great power that is manifested in terms of relationships. M13, the Hercules Cluster, is the largest swarm of stars in the northern hemisphere and represents a great power of attraction. It follows that today, and until January 28th, we may have important contacts and experiences in different fields: romantic and sexual, friendship, business, family relations, intellectual learning. You have to devote time to relationships that really matter and that actualy give you benefits. Be careful not to generate imbalances by supressing your individuality when relating to others, who, consciously or not, can act in a dominant manner. Mercury is in parallel and at 45° from the North Lunar Node, and conjunct the star cluster M56. This transit emphasizes the power of communication and the need to direct thoughts into good actions. With a constructive approach agreements can be established, strategies can be set-up,  positive exchanges may take place, good sales and negotiations can be materialized. The lack of goals, structure and dispersion, on the other hand, can bring frustration. Under this ephemeral transit it is also good to prevent potential losses and robberies caused by carelessness or distraction.

M13, el Cúmulo de Hércules, es el enjambre de estrellas más grande del hemisferio norte en nuestra galaxia y representa un gran poder de atracción. De ahí se deduce que hoy, y hasta el 28 de Enero, pueda haber importantes contactos y experiencias en lo romántico y sexual, en la amistad, en los negocios, en las relaciones familiares, en el aprendizaje intelectual. Hay que dedicarle tiempo a las relaciones que realmente nos importan y que nos benefician, pero también hay que tener cuidado de no desbalancear el propio camino individual por estar conectado a otros, quienes, conscientemente o no, pueden actuar de manera dominante. Mercurio en paralelo y a 45° del Nodo Norte Lunar, en conjunción con el cúmulo estelar M56. Este tránsito enfatiza el poder de la comunicación y la necesidad de dirigir bien nuestro pensamiento y nuestras acciones. Con un enfoque constructivo se pueden establecer acuerdos, planear estrategias, hacer intercambios, buenas ventas y negociaciones. La falta de objetivos, de estructura y la dispersión, por otro lado, pueden traer consigo frustración. M56 es un cúmulo disperso y representa una falta de disciplina. Bajo este pasajero tránsito, también es bueno prever, cuidándose de robos y extravíos por distracción.

November 2nd: Venus and Mercury at 90° from Chiron indicate an optimistic approach in communication and relationships that can help to deal with difficult situations and to integrate isolated parts of our personality. Social interaction can be positive, but to be truly effective we must make an effort of diplomacy and gentleness. Otherwise, being too assertive can cause rejection or defensiveness. But with the right attitude and a willingness to help, it is possible to join groups or projects where exchange is positive. This combination will also help in many cases to improve health through therapies applied today, both psychological and physical. Don't forget that Venus and Mercury are still conjunct the Hercules Cluster (M13) and this gives them great strength in a positive, harmonic frequency. Don't let it just pass! Uranus at 60° from Pallas represents changes in strategy, positive renovations, new plans. It's an excelent time for fresh thinking and designing new and innovative strategies in all fields. It also favors  repairs, work with computers and technology in general, but especially mental creativity. Today, great ideas can arise, and we should develop and put into operation those that have been around in our minds for a while.

La interacción social puede ser positiva, pero para que realmente sea efectiva hay que hacer un esfuerzo de aplicación en el cual tiene que predominar la diplomacia, la delicadeza. De otro modo, una actitud demasiado directa puede provocar una actitud defensiva o de rechazo.
