March 1/2/3 : Mars, Vesta and Saturn begin simultaneously their retrograde motion, encouraging self-reliance, concentration on goals, and correcting social relations

March 1/2/3 : Mars retrograde in opposition to galaxy M110 and contra parallel to galaxy M49. This astrological phenomenon is undoubtedly related to self-sufficiency, and confronts us with the need to develop the resources necessary to achieve our goals. Mars is a planet that represents independence, the ability to strive and work to achieve what we need or want. However, being in the opposite sign it rules, Libra, it is as if it was in a situation of dependency, as its strength is diminished. Indecision, doubts, lack of support or various types of weaknesses can make us feel discouraged and with little strength to achieve the goals we desire. This senstation may have been building up since December 2013, when Mars entered the tropical sign of Libra.

       However, Mars´stationary point this time seems to indicate otherwise. Aligned in opposition to M110 , a dwarf satellite galaxy of the Andromeda Galaxy, we will reconsider these apparent weaknesses and try to catch up with the time we lost during the end of 2013 and the first two months of 2014. M110 is a small   galaxy which orbites M31, the visually largest galaxy as seen from Earth. But despite its small size, M110 is a highly productive galaxy, possessing a high metallicity and a high rate of star formation... It also has at least seven globular clusters, which is unusual in this type of dwarf galaxies. In short, it is a small island full of wealth, resources, talents and possibilities. Just what Mars needs after its transit trough tropical Libra! It's as if Mars stopped by M110 to recharge its batteries and get some fuel. Then, it will retrograde in the zodiac, energizing and lifting projects that lacked vitality during the previous months .

     Thus, it is important not to succumb to pessimism, and rely largely on our own resources and talents, which will propel us to reach out and even exceed the goals we have set. The challenge is self-sufficiency, and although at first it seems an impossible task, in the course of the coming weeks and months it will be clear that the most important element in this trend is developingself confidence. The period goes from March 1st to about May 20th, 2014, when Mars resumes its direct motion. Above everything, avoid doubts and indecision! It is time to develop strategies in order to find the strength we possess inside...

     The asteroid Vesta also goes retrograde a few hours after Mars. Vesta retrogrades conjunct the North Lunar Node, and opposed to the Guitar Nebula. The Lunar North Node represents a path of growth, which  sometimes is difficult to walk, but it is what makes us evolve and open the windows of the future. A celestial body which is retrograde/stationary conjunct the North Lunar Node is a clear indicator of the main direction of the evolutionary path at a given time. Vesta represents integrity, concentration, devotion, and the Guitar Nebula is actually a supernova explosion in the northern constellation Cepheus. This is an asymmetric explosion, in which the neutron star resulting from the explosion goes in one direction while the debris cloud from the collapsing star goes to the other side. This separation has a meaning, so we can deduce that to evolve in these coming months, particularly at this time, it is necessary to separate from circumstances that disturb our concentration. Hence, we´ll have to rearrange our priorities, and give preference to the people and situations that favor our integrity and personal development. Anything superfluous must be left behind, and we should not allow any attachments keep us from moving forward. That is the challenge during the following months, with Vesta purifying our everyday reality, removing obstacles to our concentration so we can work better ...

     As if this wasn't enough, there is another important stationary planet in less than 24 hours: Saturn goes retrograde in parallel to the Swan Nebula (M17) and in opposition to star cluster M34. While Mars and Vesta stations encourage us to strengthen our individuality, Saturn's station points to relationships. M34 is a star cluster in the constellation Perseus whose stars are aligned in pairs, either because they are true double systems or because they appear visually together from Earth. This involves intensive work on relationships, and Saturn, which is the great corrector between the planets of our solar system, will confront us with the inappropriate elements within our relationships in love, work, family, friendships and everyday life. It's time to refocus the way in which we interact and change inadequate fromulas that actually tarnish our social life. Moreover, the fact that Saturn´s station also happens in parallel to the Swan Nebula, reflects an effort to develop hidden talents and resources.

     During the six months ahead, it will be necessary to focus on the unmanifested talents and resources, expressing what has been repressed, and show what has been hidden, whether by shyness, insecurity or external difficulties. The Swan Nebula (M17  is a star-forming region containing a cluster of young stars in its interior, which can only be seen indirectly by means of infrared detectors. Hence the idea of hidden resources, which Saturn forces us to manifest, particularly in the artistic/creative fields and also finances, which are related to the strong infrared emission from M17. The Swan Nebula has a connection with the arts because of the beauty that is generated when illuminated from within by its own stars. Art projects are favored in the measure that Saturn will force artists to express hidden talents and polish them, as a rough rock is polished and carved to achieve a refined sculpture. Working on artistic perfection is hard, but this time it will be very rewarding. As for the economy, we expect a semester in which finances, both personal and international, will go through a period of correction and necessary restraint. Any excesses will have to be balanced, but if we make an effort to structure adequately our finances at a personal level , this balance will lead to greater security and stability in the second half of 2014. The effort is worth it !

August 9/10: Venus, Uranus, the spiral galaxy M94 and star cluster M10 indicate a fruitful weekend, full of openness and spontaneity in relationships. Ceres, Venus and star cluster M41 improve the economy through promotion

August 9/10: Venus parallels Uranus, is conjunct spiral galaxy M94, and contra parallel to stellar cluster M10. This trend represents exceptionally fertile relations. The only requirement is to be open to spontaneity and to be willing to interact with people different from the usual. This includes romantic relationships, and it is certain that during the weekend there will be strong, highly sensual and unusual attractions. In general, this trend can have good effects in all relationships: romance, partner, friendship, work, family. It is a time to give a touch of informality and variety to the social dynamics and put formalisms in the background. Where does all this come from?

       The ecliptic conjunction of Venus with galaxy M94 is the main indicator of fertility because it is a galaxy with a high star production rate. Therefore, exchange in general will be enriching. The Venus contra parallel to star cluster M10, meanwhile, represents the combination of different types of people. M10 is a star cluster in the constellation Ophiuchus, which combines two different populations of stars, and therefore symbolizes heterogeneity. This represents the need to deal with people different from the usual, and also having different attitudes in our social and emotional life. The atmosphere is best suited to relate with freedom and invites to experience something different. And if we are open to accept those who are different from us, then exchanges will be very enriching. And that includes finance, too!

     And since we mentioned the economy, there is a significant trend activated about it. Ceres is semisextile (30°) to Venus, in contra parallel to star cluster M41, and conjunct spiral galaxy M108. This trend implies economic restructuring, administrative optimization or implementation of advertising and promotional strategies to enhance production and sales. Ceres represents prosperity, while Venus has a financial connotation, and the distance of 30° symbolizes money, too. Galaxy M108 is a very fertile one, with a high rate of stellar production, and hence its association with abundance. M41 is a cluster with many stars of types B and A, whose combination represents the need to promote ideas. This star cluster also has many K-type stars, which are related to productivity. Hence the idea of advertising to produce more: this is a great weekend to push projects through adequate promotion. Take advantage of this!


     Asteroid Pallas is trine (120°) the North Lunar Node, and in opposition to star cluster M26. This trend is very specific and indicates differences in thinking that are overcome through setting and reaching common goals. Pallas is an asteroid which represents strategies, plans, actions to take, and its contact with the axis of the Lunar Nodes facilitates getting together with others to accomplish them. Therefore, it suggests community plans. But star cluster M26, which is also involved in this astrological configuration has a symbolism of difficulties in understanding... Despite its bright stars of type B, which emphasize the intellect, M26 is partially obscured by a cloud of dark dust, which symbolizes obstacles. Whether you use this trend to clear misunderstandings or to explain yourself better, you will need to set aside critical attitudes and replace them with cooperation. If you set a collective goal that goes beyond individuality and personal pride, differences between people will be overcome and this will allow a real breakthrough.

July 12/13: The Sun, Neptune and the Copeland's Septet group of galaxies inject vitality and cooperation to solve problems; Mars in opposition to star cluster M23 revives strong ideological confrontations that must be overcome through clarity and an objective approach

Julio12/13: The Sun at 135° from Neptune, in parallel to the Copeland's Septet. The mix Sun/Neptune is usually positive in the sense tha it injects vitality and realism in areas that are loose or too abstract. Solar power is a dynamic and concrete support for Neptunian tendencies, too subtle to confront the material world. Too often, Neptunian trends remain at a highly idealistic level, causing physical neglect, which can sometimes end in deterioration. The relationship of 135° (called sesquiquadrate) indicates that if there is proper planning and structured actions, situations like this can be overcome successfully. Additionally, the Sun is in parallel of declination to a compact group of galaxies in the constellation Leo, called Copeland's Septet in honor of its discoverer. While there are many groups of galaxies in the universe, this is one of the most compact and reveals an intense interaction among its members.

     The Copeland's Septet represents a kind of galactic social club, and thus reveals at the astrological level group interactions and collective cooperation. If this is for the good or the bad, it depends on the combinations this group may have with other astrological indicators of the moment. But today, with the combination Sun/Neptune, the Copeland's Septet can only mean the sum of individual efforts in order to find solutions to social problems. Therefore, it is a good time to join collective actions and causes. Individually, it represents the gathering different resources together to focus them on a given target. Sometimes, the different talents that we possess can successfully focus on achieving a definite goal rather than remaining dispersed or latent. This mix can also mean the individual strength necessary to resist, claim or fix the damage caused by institutions or groups, whether intentional or by negligence. Individual power is often greater than the collective, and we must take advantage of this temporary condition.

     Mars is at 135  from the North Lunar Node and in opposition to star cluster M23. This astrological combination refers to the need to release the mental prison of ideological prejudices in order to experience freedom. Mars symbolizes an assertive and combative principle, while star cluster M23, which is in opposition, is an old cluster of about 220 million years, which represents the past and traditions. M23, which is in the sign and the constellation Sagittarius, often symbolizes institutionalized ideologies, whether at a religious, familiar, scientific, artistic, political, social and even a personal level. The opposition between Mars and M23 points out the need to balance established doctrines with a new individual approach, full of freedom.

     There is no doubt that this trend will lead to strong ideological clashes and heated confrontations between those who place themselves on the side of M23 and traditions and those that challenge the status quo. Obviously, there may be a lot of aggression and dislikes, but this also may question prejudices that harm healthy development: it depends on each particular situation. But the goal is not so much to fight as to remove obstacles to evolution. Therefore, we also should take into account the135° relationship between Mars and the Moon's North Node, which completes the astrological configuration. The Lunar North Node represents an evolutionary path to the future, and its opposite point, the South Node, the past where we come from. Well, the South Node is conjunct to a pair of pulsars, PSR 1913 +16, we've analized at other times in the Galactic Guide. If a pulsar alone is intense, imagine a pair of them: it represents VERY intense interactions, in this case from the past.

     So today ideological confrontations can revive old resentments, but the Lunar North Node position in the zodiac sign of Scorpio indicates that we should drop them,  in order to regenerate and get over them. To continue with the same old arguments for and against any particular way of thinking can be exhausting, boring and lead to a dead end. Because of this attitude, much of humanity is now at a dead end, precisely by confronting in a stubborn and absurd way. Today, we must use Mars' energy towards overcoming conflicts in a smarter way, without being emotionally involved. On July 16, 2013, Mars reaches its maximum declination in the Northern Hemisphere, indicating that during these days the power of reason and the higher mind increases. There is no better way to fight bigotry and ideological anachronisms than with clarity, objectivity and a serene mental analysis. In doing so, we will increase the chances of moving to a higher level of development. To get hooked into provocations would mean to surrender to the power of the same prejudices that we are fighting. In the XXIst Century, we must approach things differently!

September 24/25: The Lunar North Node and the Draco Dwarf Galaxy foster retreats and introspection, while the Sun, Juno and M87, relationships and social life ... Mars in parallel to the Antennae Galaxies indicates caution in managing energy

September 24/25: The North Node is conjunct the Draco Dwarf Galaxy, in parallel to Pluto and at 45° from Mercury. The Lunar North Node or Dragon's Head (its mythological name) represents evolutionary trends and the direction we must take to flow with the overall circumstances. At present, the North Lunar Node, the point where the planes of the Sun and Moon intersect is in ecliptic conjunction with the Draco Dwarf Galaxy. This dwarf galaxy, very difficult to see even with telescopes, is a satellite galaxy of the Milky Way, and is in orbit around it. Describes a tendency to withdraw from the external world, and away from superficial values (samsara). This may be so whether physically or mentally, internally. The fact is that this concentration itself, similar to that of a hermit, may serve to deal with unconscious parts of the personality or perhaps exploiting the inner riches and trying to develop them, maybe both. We must be good to ourselves in this retreat!

     Still, there is a trend that is totally opposite, as is outgoing and is in terms of relationships, affection and social life. The Sun is conjunct to M87, sextile to Juno, and then in conjunction with M91 and in opposition to Pallas. This sequence followed by the Sun represents primarily a tendency to express, very typical of M87, which can promote harmony in relationships, and communication, especially after the strong, restrictive parallel Saturn/Juno that took place a few days ago, which is beginning to fade. Furthermore, M87, a giant and protagonist galaxy, shows a strong initiative that inspires and motivates others, so team work is enhanced. Partnerships can be strong in the personal and collective; to be avoided are power games that can be avoided if all participants are in harmony.

     Meanwhile, the Sun in opposition to Pallas and transiting in ecliptic conjunction with M91 indicates the possibility of arranging and stabilizing situations complicated by a lack of external support. M91 is a galaxy that pays a high cost for holding its individuality, as is not getting external approval. It is a day to make good relations while we correct behaviors or trends that take us away from the right people. It is also a good day to do general repairs, construction, reorganization and practicing good nutrition, feeding your body parts with the substances you really need. Make a plan that suits your individual needs, do not impose general rules rigidly to your particular case.

     Mars in parallel to the Antennae Galaxies, at 135° from Uranus in contra parallel to star cluster M12... It is necessary to be very careful in the handling of personal energy and relationships in order to prevent accidents and bad surprises. Extreme cautions and do things with patience, without risking complications with others. This attitude can save you a lot of trouble, it is a time when tensions can easily arise. It is necessary to measure the impact we can have on others with our actions and words, while we select who we receive impacts from. This is due to the strong interaction that are having the Antennae Galaxies, indicating intense relationships. And with Mars in Scorpio, it also emphasizes greatly sexuality, passion and emotions, which in any case, are a better option than an exhausting, useless confrontation...

September 15/16: Venus, Mars and star cluster M18 bring to light hidden and unconscious aspects in relationships; Mercury, Uranus, globular cluster M5 and galaxy M85 indicate a renewal of customs, habits and traditions

September 15/16: Venus in contra parallel to Mars and star cluster M18. This combination can bring to light hidden or unconscious aspects in relationships, which should be assimilated, discussed, understood. While it may be embarrassing or uncomfortable to confront situations that are difficult to solve, the effort to clear things up a bit can lighten the atmosphere and release burdens that hinder a positive exchange. M18 is a cluster with very few stars and is covered with haze, suggesting hidden situations, which also favors covert or secret relationships, and seduction.

     Meanwhile, the planet of communication, Mercury, is in parallel to Uranus and star cluster M5, indicating on one hand a tendency to express ideas in a different, original and creative way. This will help to renovate structures and old procedures. Literally, it is about renewing traditions, habits, customs and long-established prejudices. M5 is a very old star cluster, accounting for the past or deeply-rooted habits and customs. M5 is also very large, so it is possibe that this renewal may manifest in an impositve and abrupt manner, though somewhat insecure and hesitant at the same time.

     But Mercury, in ecliptic conjunction to galaxy M85, indicates a new creative impulse for stagnant situations: M85 has a young stellar population absorbed through swallowing a neighboring galaxy. This symbolizes a revitalizing exchange in communication and relations, which can help to resume or give new energy to stagnant projects, thanks to the contribution of other people's ideas. Moreover, Mercury also makes during the day a square to Ceres, a semisextile to Saturn, and a sextile to the Moon's North Node, which favors formal social engagements and complying with everyday obligations and people.

September 11/12: Juno, the North Lunar Node and the Hercules Cluster encourage associations with abundance and power games; Venus, Pallas and M71 attract prosperity and relaxation

September 11/12: Juno conjunct the Moon's North Node and the Hercules Cluster (M13). This combination is excelent for doing good business, so it is a favorable time to bring people to work together on projects. The Hercules cluster is the most abundant in stars in the northern hemisphere, representing precisely abundance. Juno is the asteroid of relations and agreements, hence social contacts, love, friendship, family, and partnerships can benefit greatly from this cooperative trend. But there are not only significant advances in business: this trend will define who truly gives us the abundance we need. If exchanges are unfair, then the combination Juno/M13 represents power games and manipulation which we need to avoid. For under this trend, true power comes not from dominating others, but through am authentic and solid communion.

     Venus trines Pallas and is in opposition to star cluster M71... This reflects a tendency to make plans in harmony with others. It suggests positive exchanges, good sales and the ability to attract money, but also to let it go as easily. It is recommended to control spending.  M71 is a high value because of its metallicity, yet is quite disperse, so it tends to disperse the gains. Anyway, this trend also favors artistic creativity in a relaxed, harmonious atmosphere, and the ability to give and receive beauty in our immediate environment. August 23/24: Venus, Ceres bring protective love and foster good relations; Pallas, Nebula M78, Juno and stellar cluster M11 indicate abundance and planning, showing a good day for exchange

August 23/24: Venus in parallel to Ceres, at 30° from Vesta, at 135° from the North Lunar Node. Venus and Ceres represent love expressed in a protective way. Ceres supports relationships, exchange as well as artistic and financial activities. The good managment of relationships is crucial to have good results from this trend;  give their right place to everyone. Pallas at 135° from Juno seems to indicate it is necessary to make agreements with other people, it is a moment for closing deals, to define roles and strategies and making plans. Juno is in parallel to stellar cluster M11, which represents abundance, so this means it is a great day for doing business and create all kinds of prosperity with other people. Pallas is in parallel to M78, a diffuse nebula in Orion which is illuminated by two B-type stars, which represent mental activity, visionary qualities, perfect for planning, designing, visualizing. Some will find material abundance, some will find it under other manifestations, but this is a good moment for exchange!

August 10/11: Mercury and the North Lunar Node make everyday life flow easier, while Mars and Eta Carina generate an explosive energy, with a positive potential if properly directed

August 10/11: Mercury, now resuming its direct motion, makes a trine to the North Lunar Node, a relationship that facilitates communication and can make everyday life flow much better than in previous days or weeks. Hence, it is a good time to arrange situations in our daily routine, communicating effectively. It is a good opportunity to untangle complications related to Mercury retrograde, and if you have put a project or action in stand-by due to this retrograde motion, now is the time to act...

     If everyday life becomes a little smoother, Mars in ecliptic conjunction to the star/nebula Eta Carinae indicates high energy processes. This mix may involve, if not handled properly, conflicts, accidents, assaults and even violence. Eta Carina is one of the biggest stars in the galaxy, and because of its mass excess, it becomes very unstable, producing from time to time eruptions that have created part of the nebula surrounding it. Therefore, the combination with Mars may involve an energy out of control, and in times as violent as those we experience, we must be alert. The last time Mars was in conjunction with Eta Carina, on September 3, 2010, there were several violent events around the world: a Taliban bomb kills 53 people at a rally in support of the Palestinian people in Quetta, Pakistan, there is a mass slaughter of civilians in Darfur, Mount Sinabung erupts in Indonesia, Volgograd and Saratov fires in Russia destroy just over 500 buildings, there is an earthquake of 7.1 degrees in Christchurch, New Zealand...

     Of course, each time a cycle is repeated it does not necessarily produce the same types of events, but it is important to realize at a personal level the magnitude of Mars/Eta Carinae combination to properly channel the trend in our personal field of action. This astrological combination may indicate an aggressive, egocentric and domineering attitude, but also one that can help achieve difficult tasks that cannot be done without a great motivator. The energy of Mars combined with the powerful ego of Eta Carina are useful when they are put to service a noble cause, when strength is needed to compensate for weakness, instead of just satisfying a need for power and control.

    Once gain, astrological combinations like this may make us think how the world would change if the resources spent on war and weapons were used to help the world's hungry population and with health problems. What are we doing in our field of personal action for this situation to be reversed? Maybe Mars and Eta Carina have the answer for those who know and understand their manifestation.

August 3/4: Pallas and star cluster M14 find solutions for communication problems, while Saturn, Mars and the Witch Head Nebula confront us with disturbing emotions to be healed

August 3/4: Pallas is in contra parallel to star cluster M14, in trine to the Sun. Pallas represents, in its contacts with other planets and cosmic objects, the ability to provide solutions to problems whose origin is a lack of defined structure or shape. In this specific contact with M14, it can not necessarily fix chaotic situations, but an aloofness that makes communication difficult.  M14 is a cluster that lies far, at 30,000 light-years from our solar system. M14 has more than 70 variable stars, too, suggesting that the difficulty of communication is not only based on ideological or physical distance, but on a lack of consistency and insecurities, leading to many doubts and questioning that prevent dialogue and action. Pallas represents the development of a defined and organized strategy so that this can wipe out insecurities. With a plan to follow, clearly stated, the mental distance between people can be neutralized, especially with the confidence that comes with the Sun's contact.

     Mars is in parallel to Saturn and the Witch Head Nebula, a trend that leads us to confront negative, disturbed emotions, in order to find a solution. The Witch Head Nebula, located on the edge of the constellation Eridanus and Orion, is a reflection nebula, whose effect in astrological terms is to reflect other planetary combinations, as in a mirror. In the case of Mars and Saturn, the reflection is about controlling, aggressive attitudes, frustration and resentment, and above all, fears that have not been recognized as such. Of course, this is an uncomfortable trend, but if we find this kind of emotions or attitudes, explicitly or disguised, in our relationships or within ourselves, we must dig deep into them instead of trying to repress or deny, because repression may cause them go out of control. Do not let conflicting attitudes direct the course of events...

     Whenever emotions are expressed, they can be transformed into something positive, and in this case, the ideal is to understand their true origin. By understanding the causes behind attitudes, healing will come automatically and we'll be able to glimpse a solution. Do not get hooked by negative attitudes, your own or other people's! Let them flow, think about them and identify the motivations behind the appearances. Otherwise, there may be surprises and conflicts rather than solutions. On the other hand, in a more practical level, this combination is excellent for disciplined work, diagnostic accuracy and structuring of daily life.

      Finally, Mercury retrograde is at 150° from Neptune and trine the Lunar North Node. This can give a touch of realism to abstract ideas, helping to materialize them. But the contacts between Mercury and Neptune tend to bring distractions by staying focused on one's own thoughts. Seeing things from a very personal point of view can cause misunderstandings and confusion, so it is advisable to take into account  others' perspective. In any case, we must frame spaced-out impressions within the material reality. This combination promotes creative inspiration, but may coincide with communication, transportation problems, domestic tensions and a lack of objectivity and structure.

     July 10th: Jupiter is conjunct Ceres and in opposition to star cluster M80. This astrological combination represents an opportunity to balance a stressful, controlling, confrontational environment with loving protection and special attention to deficiencies or needs that have been overlooked. M80 is a very compact star cluster, within which the stars are subjected to a very strong gravitational pressure. This symbolizes a strong control coming either from the partner, friends, family, labor relations, society or institutions.

       This control often ignores the real needs of individuals, and the opposition of Jupiter and Ceres represents precisely the attention to aspects of our lives that are normally relegated to the background. M80 means also confrontational relationships, stress, war-like attitudes, and that is because the gravitational pull is so strong that many stars have collided with each other. Today is therefore a good moment to get out of the conventional control and show affection, solidarity, unconditional acceptance, generously sharing our resources to soften the effects of over-controlling behaviors. Be yourself and let others be themselves!

     Internationally, it is obvious that this represents a social need to escape the control of dominant governments and put the emphasis on the real needs of people, especially the marginalized sectors of society. This can also symbolize an economy that is free from restrictions, as well as investment incentives. Whether at a macro level or in our individual finances, the Jupiter/Ceres conjunction reveals an abundance that comes to compensate controlled budgets, so today it is possible to make significant investments without worrying about things going out of balance.

     The emphasis on freedom is further emphasized with another trend: Uranus and Chiron in contra parallel. This is a strong mix that greatly strengthens the need for independence and to go our own way, without guidance or guidelines established. No one learns with somebody else's head, and this applies  very well to this trend, which is ideal to explore, experiment and seek new experiences in which we do write the script. The least we can do, is to change our routine! And being more spontaneous, too.

     But the icing on the cake is the Sun in parallel to the Crab Nebula and at 135° from the North Lunar Node. The Crab Nebula (or M1) is a supernova or star explosion (actually, the highly energetic remains) in the constellation Taurus. This obviously indicates a tendency to drastic shifts, explosive situations and profound insights that may result in irreversible changes. At an international level, for example, this represents moments of violence, because Mars is also involved in an aspect of 60° with the North Lunar Node... Therefore, it is best to think things twice before acting on impulse, because once things said or done, there's no turning back. And while this energy will help to perform difficult or seemengly impossible tasks, it is best not to move anything if you do not want to spend excessive time fixing unexpected problems. In most cases it is best to hold back and channel this change internally, seeing things in depth, well beyond the surface. The resulting insights may point out clearly the direction to follow in the near future ... or even in the long term.

June 11th: Jupiter conjunct the Pleiades indicates a moment of abundance, unique in 12 years, we must use it! Mercury and the Rosette Nebula bring inspiration and distractions, while Pluto and Geminga play with research and the danger of break-ups

June 11th: Venus in contra parallel to the North Lunar Node indicates a good time to resolve outstanding issues in relationships, perhaps it is also well to resume past relationships. Financially, it indicates the proper use of savings, either to dispose of or to make them increase...  

     But the most interesting event today is certainly Jupiter entering the sign of Gemini and conjunct the Pleiades... This transit is reinforcing the effect of solar eclipse of May 20th, which also happened in conjunction with this star cluster... The Pleiades suggest a special honesty and tendency to accelerate the course of events with new ideas and projects with emerging opportunities, but also with deep insights: they are not superficial at all... It is therefore an appropriate time to invest energy in plans that are recent or newly born. But a new impulse to those already under way can also be the positive result of the combination Jupiter/Pleiades, which happens every 12 years! So we must take advantage of this opportunity and use it, as it will last only three or four days with this intensity ... If you want to see your projects grow in the future, istart them during the next three days, put them to work. This planet/star cluster mix has an impact at a collective level, and it is certainly the development and strengthening of the "global spring" movement.  The fact that is named "spring" is a reflection of the youth of the Pleiades, which seem to correspond with this movement and others who shape today's society.

       Mercury square Uranus and the Rosette Nebula, on the other hand, stimulates greatly imagination, creativity, mental, crazy and cool ideas, but also a number of unusual distractions. It is therefore advisable to pay close attention to practical matters that require concentration. Distractions can cause harm, injury or loss of keys, money, tickets, documents, etc. Now knowing this, do not lose contact with the material reality!  Rather, channel your mental creativity by giving it a concrete form, as the Rosette Nebula is itself a source of great inspiration; though brief, it is quite effective. All you have to do is to pay attention consciously to your internal mental screen: visualize the ideas that arise there. Do it in a place where your creativity will not interfere with the practical plane... Certainly not driving!    

     Mercury in ecliptic conjunction with the pulsar Geminga, and in opposition to Pluto. This reveals a moment of deep mental development if well directed.  If not, it can lead to explosive situations. Definitely this is not a good time to seek confrontation, which can grow in such a complicated way that it can cause separations. The effect may be exaggerated, since the Geminga pulsar is a star that moves very fast, it is flying off the place where its mother star was before exploding. This movement, caused by what is known as an asymmetric explosion is a synonym for separation. Hence,  verbal confrontation must be avoided because it will deepen the distance in viewpoints. On the other hand, the Geminga pulsar indicates a change in vision, and its positive side can be applied to research, to find the necessary information, either in a clinical analysis, in school, at work, on a personal project or at home. Avoid: paranoia, obsession, irony and black humor, just for one day. : (

May 11th: Mercury and giant galaxy M60 empower the mind: we need to direct it wisely. The Sun and star cluster M34 indicate great business and exchange

May 11th: Mercury is forming a parallel with the giant galaxy M60. This transit, though fleeting, like all of Mercury's, suggests a mind expressing itself in a dominant way. M60 implies, by its large size, a dominant trend which is imposed, and the transit of Mercury thus depicts a general tendency to impose ideas or viewpoints that can reach extremes. The fact is that the mind and communication are full of power today, so instead of trying to impose egocentrically our own truth, it would be better to give this trend a special attention. Fortunately, Mercury is also contra parallel to Neptune, conjunct Vesta, and at 150° from the North Lunar Node. This means that there are basically three ways to direct the conjunction between Mercury and M60. The first is giving organization to chaotic situations (Neptune), dissipating doubts and uncertainties, or, on the creative side, giving a concrete shape to imagination. The second has to do with the Mercury / Vesta conjunction, which happens in contra parallel to the Seagull Nebula and represents a very special ability to concentrate, suitable for work in isolation. This can go into meditation, spirituality,  as well as practical life, in which there may be a revolution! Concentration can be used to accomplish heavy duties, the kind of ones you woudn't do without a strong stimulation, as without it they would naturally be postponed. The third choice refers to Mercury's contact with the North Lunar North, which represents the possibility to channel this power through social relations, focusing on communication as a way to avoid dispersion between people. In this option, communication activity can be very intense, but this will work as a focus of union: if thoughts are connected, they will bear more weight. The Sun transits conjunct star cluster M34. This transit stimulates strongly the flow of abundance in relationships. Take advantage of it! Today there can be big business and investments, great purchases and a very, very satisfying exchange...

May 2nd: Saturn, Vesta and the Witch Head Nebula help structure relationships, Mercury and the Rosette Nebula generate great inspiration

May 2nd: Saturn and the Witch Head Nebula in contra parallel to Vesta. Psychologically, this combination may serve to address the shadow of our personality, calmly and without fear of being swallowed by it. It is therefore recommended today to do the things that cause us fear, of course without putting personal safety at risk. Probably after we'll feel strengthened by the experience. It is a good time to reconcile and take an objective view of authority figures, institutions, commitments, traditions, family issues. And above all, do not be afraid to discover within yourself parts of your personality that you should accept and integrate, whether they fit or not your conscious plan. At a more practical level, it is important to step back a little and take some distance, literal symbolic, from regular commitments and sense of duty. Vesta is in ecliptic conjunction with star cluster M52, which involves a process of self-affirmation through social relations. This means that it is possible and healthy to maintain your individuality and points of view, however strong the commitments, rules or traditions. Mercury is in parallel with the Rosette Nebula and at 135° from the North Lunar Node, suggesting a moment of inspiration, ideal for creative and artistic activities. But it also can be the motivation of future plans and ideas to be developed in the long term. In everyday life, it can lead to excellent readings, concerts and videos ... The Rosette Nebula is an emission nebula in the constellation Monoceros (the Unicorn). Right in its center, young stars that are born of this cosmic matrix have carved a hole, giving it the appearance of a doughnut. But the hole allows us to see beyond the cloud, so that the transit of Mercury by the Rosette will allow our minds to go beyond where they usually do. Do not lose track of the way back!

April 16th: Venus, Saturn and M4 bring organization to energize disperse situations; Uranus and giant galaxy M60 invite us to have a spontaneous approach...

April 16th: Venus is contraparallel to star cluster M4 and at 135° from Saturn. It's a great combination to finish pending issues and also to structure disperse situations where order and organization is needed. It is possible to give new life to abandoned or forgotten situations, since the obstacles that have caused stagnation will vanish trhough well-structured, dynamic activity. Star cluster M4 is one of the most disperse known, so Venus and Saturn will help to balance the lack of consistency with organization and diplomacy... Uranus is in ecliptic opposition to giant galaxy M60 and trine the North Lunar Node. This combination reveals the need to maintain an open, free and spontaneous approach in social relationships and contacts in general today. Conventions can limit and create tension, as well as rigid or controlling behavior, symbolized by the giant galaxy M60, whose size suggests a domineering attitude that must be balanced with a good dose of freedom

February 20th: Venus, the Sombrero Galaxy, Vesta and star cluster M48 get together to balance social vs. personal life; Ceres and the Horsehead Nebula draw our attention to take care of needs and promote solidarity

February 20th: Venus is in opposition to the Sombrero Galaxy and contra parallel to Vesta and star cluster M48.  Venus opposes in celestial longitude the famous Sombrero Galaxy, indicating the importance of bringing a personal approach to the management of our social life. If it is necessary to interact with others, it is also important to act based on one's point of view, and not under the influence of what others may think or the inertia of everyday life. This assertive quality, as well as showing personal initiative, will have a good effect in general, and, in some cases, it will be the only way to progress. The contra parallel of Venus with Vesta and M48 also indicates the need to balance and moderate the amount of energy invested in others. For some people, this will be exactly reversed and if they've been focused on their own issues, they now need to interact, to communicate, to express. M48 is a cluster that shows a strong tendency to expression and emotional manifestation. The parallel of Vesta to M48 wil also help to focus on resolving issues that require both communication. This astrological combination is favorable to take control of one's own social and emotional life, at least briefly. Venus opposes M3, a cluster of stars which represents a strong pressure coming from social sources or emotional commitments. This may have attracted much energy and attention in recent days. Now we need to balance this with a little more focus into personal plans and interests ... Venus in Aries helps to balance the atmosphere, as it shows how to give a positive value to personal interests, and this will compensate for the energy previously invested in the affairs of others. January 26th: Juno in parallel to Vesta, conjunct the Hercules Cluster (M13) and at 30° from Saturn. This shows a great power that is manifested in terms of relationships. M13, the Hercules Cluster, is the largest swarm of stars in the northern hemisphere and represents a great power of attraction. It follows that today, and until January 28th, we may have important contacts and experiences in different fields: romantic and sexual, friendship, business, family relations, intellectual learning. You have to devote time to relationships that really matter and that actualy give you benefits. Be careful not to generate imbalances by supressing your individuality when relating to others, who, consciously or not, can act in a dominant manner. Mercury is in parallel and at 45° from the North Lunar Node, and conjunct the star cluster M56. This transit emphasizes the power of communication and the need to direct thoughts into good actions. January 6th: Today it is possible to choose between different trends, or maybe take a little of each one at different times of the day.The Sun is in parallel to the North Lunar Node and star cluster M21. It's a great day to give strength to emerging, young projects and ideas, and give them a strong impulse. We must overcome inertia, passivity and seize arising opportunities without hesitation. Vesta is conjunct the Pelican Nebula, at 60° from Pluto and star cluster M25. This represents a special mental concentration and suggests work in privacy, which favors research, meditation, introspection. If in recent days there have been disruptions caused by the social environment, this is the opportunity for catching up with lost time focusing your mind into the issues that really matter to you. On the other hand, Mars in contraparallel to star cluster M11 and at 150° from Venus suggests rewarding relationships, but only if we adapt our personal rhythm to other people's. January 4th: The Sun is at 45° from Neptune and conjunct star cluster M11. This represents abundance, which can be material, intellectual, emotional ... The cluster M11 is one of the richest in stars in our galaxy ... However, it may be difficult or complicated to exploit or take advantage of this abundance. But do not get carried away by constraints, the solar will is stronger than them.  If you address most problems with patience and dedication there will be a good result in the end. It is important not to lose personal power, but rather energize unstructured, weakened situations. Just as a sculptor does, we will have what we have scuplted, the rest will continue to exist as mere potential. So, put the feet on the ground, materialize yourr ideas and organize your environment. Artistic, altruistic, spiritual activities are especially favored, of course the emphasis being on the practical side.
